This is a sort of continuation of the last chapter. And this one includes singing!

Who knew that Val lived by herself?
I know I didn't.
Apparently, her parents allowed her to live by herself.
Flashback!
I went to the Tanohashi's door and knocked on it. Soon, her mom opened the door.
"Medea, is Volpix home?"
"No. Actually, she won't be home for a while."
She said with a very happy face.
"Oh... may I ask what happened to her?"
"It's not something to worry about. You see, me and my husband have let her live on her own for the longest time. She was hoping you'd come by. Actually, she told me to give this to you! But you have to read it in private!"
"Ok...?"
I say as Medea hands me the letter. I rush over to my house, and read it.
Hey babe, sorry I kinda walked out on you like that. By the time you read this letter, my house is all set up and ready for you to visit! Hehe, I work fast, huh? Anyways, my new address is (r/a/n)(random address name). I'll see you there. I have some... special things planned for us~. Love, Volpix ferrekt Tanohashi. (Cool bug fact, "ferrekt" is her middle name)
Flashback end!
As soon as I get done with reading the letter, I run over to Volpix's house, which wasn't that long of a distance.
Once I get to her door, I knock. The door slowly opens.
"You know, there's a doorb-"
Once she sees me, she pulls me into the house, quickly closes the door, and hugs me.
"I missed you!!"
"Wh- I wasn't even gone that long!"
I say.
"I know. Well, I felt really lonely now that I have a significant other! Come on, let's get to my room!"
We both run, more like she dragged me, into her room.
"Come sit, hurry!"
I skitter over to her bed, and gently sit down. It was silent for a while, until Volpix broke it.
"You know, you can lay down if you want."
"Wh-wait, that would be rude-"
"You can lay down. You know, if you don't lay down, your missing out on a lot of head scratchs~."
I hesitantly lay down on my stomach. Once I put my head down, she starts to caress my scalp.
We start to talk about random things.
Timeskip, cuz I'm too lazy to write a conversation!
"Hey Val, before I go to sleep, can you... sing for me?"
I look over to her, and she looks shocked.
"Wh- sing? I haven't sung in a while!"
That got me thinking. Has she sung before? Or, perhaps to her siblings?
"Please!!"
I ask with puppy dog eyes. She looks at me for a moment.
"...fine. But only because your eyes!"
Singing part here! This means that your thinking, and this means that Volpix is singing.
"Is there any particular song you want me to sing?"
"Nope! As long as I go to sleep, then it's fine!"
"Ok..."
Fly me to the moon, and let me play among the stars.
Wow. Her voice is beautiful.
Let me see what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars.
Hmm... I wonder why she sung that line like that.

As I soon drift off to sleep, I hear Val say...
