Viren and Bulbul are talking about Ruhana. They decide to let her rest and heal. Though the question bugs them, they don't want Ruhana to take stress. Bulbul also feels that asking her something at the moment can be harmful for the lady. They are talking when Anamika arrives home from her trip. Bulbul hugs her and then asks her to freshen up. Anamika runs to her room while Viren gets a call. He's worried as he ends the call. Bulbul asks him the matter.

"Bulbul! Ek business deal ke liye mujhe Singapore jana hoga." Viren says.
"Toh isme tension ki kya baat hai? Tumhe hi jana padega na!" Bulbul says casually.

"Haan Bulbul! Jana toh padega. Lekin abhi main nahi jaa sakta. Yahan pe bhi ek do important meetings hain. Unhe main miss nahi kar sakta. Aur phir Ruhana ji!" he pauses and looks at his wife, who's looking at him.
"Unhe main sambhal lungi. Vaise bhi, abhi kuch din wo rest karengi toh she will be fine." Bulbul says.
"Haan Bulbul! I know. Lekin pata nahi kyun, mujhe aisa lagta hai ki koi problem hai unhe. Agar koi sach mein unke peeche tha toh we should find out. Tum akele sambhal nahi paogi unhe. " viren says.

"Uske liye hume unke thik hone ka, stable hone ka wait karna padega. Kam se kam 7 days lagenge, Viren. Main rahungi na yahan. Aur phir yahan ke meetings Vineet ji sambhal lenge." Bulbul says referring to Viren's Friend and business partner.
