This story begins mere hours after the last chapter's ending. We get our sights on the swords of Darkness, Y/n, Momon, and Nabe all walking alongside a horse drawn cart that was being driven by Nfirea.
Y/n had opted to change his previous sword in exchange for a special rapier made out of shining gold and silver, shaped in a beautifully intricate design and used for thrusting attacks as opposed to slashing attacks

While they were walking, Nfirea spotted a small river bank that would be a suitable place to rest and regain their energy
Nfirea: "Um, Mr. Peter?
Peter: "Yes?"
Nfirea: "Why don't we take a break, around that area?"
Nfirea then pointed towards the river bank as Peter thought about it for a few seconds before he gave his answer
Peter: "Good idea, Mr. Momon, Mr. Y/n!"
Y/n: "We heard ya, good timing too, my feet are killing me"
The group of adventurers then made their way down to the river bank where Nfirea took the horse closer to the river so it can get itself a drink while the others all sat down nearby and began to converse with each other
Peter: "Enjoy this, things will get a little more dangerous from here on out"
Momon: "Don't worry about us, we'll be careful"
Momon then looked towards Y/n and Nabe while he was deep in thought and saw that Y/n was laying down and using Nabe's lap as a pillow as he rested, his mask was on, making it harder for anyone to see anything apart from his eyes which were currently shut while Nabe herself was running her fingers through his hair, the two of them really dedicated to the whole "In a relationship" Act, although a small smile could be seen on Nabe's face as she gazed down at the Revenant's peaceful face
Unfortunately though, all good things must come to an end as Nabe could feel the intense love-sick gaze of Lukrut watching her, her smile turning to an annoyed frown
Lukrut: "Try not to look so worried Nabe, everything will be fine as long as I'm here~ I'm the best set of eyes and ears this side of the Re-Estize kingdom. Don't be shy, you can praise me"
Nabe: "...Can I squash him yet?"
Y/n: "Yes"
Momon: "Nabe"
Nabe: "Mosquitos should be handled without mercy, please sir, I have Y/n's permission, All I need is yours and he'll be dealt with"
Once again, instead of being insulted or offended by the insults, it only proved to further Lukrut's feelings for Nabe
Lukrut: "Harsh! But it's ok gorgeous, I can still tell you want me~"
The rest of the swords of darkness let out nervous chuckles from their companion's behavior before Ninya decided to change the topic
