I had arrived in LA and was on my way to a hotel. My boyfriend Niall had been on a reunion tour with his band, One Direction, already for five months. In that time we had only seen each other twice. Usually I would have gone on tour with them. But I've just started a postgraduate degree and needed to stay near my university. However, I had two weeks between terms and didn't tell Niall so I could fly out and surprise him. I had called Zayn, one of Niall's bandmates and my best friend, and he and the other boys had agreed to help me surprise Niall. Once the taxi arrived at the hotel, I got out and rolled my suitcases to reception where I checked in before going to my room. I was going to go to the house Niall and I shared in LA, but that was too risky for now. I instead chose to have a hotel room for the night, collecting my things after the concert and going back to the house we shared. The boys had instructed me to get to their concert 30 minutes before it would start so they could sneak me in. Because their concert was in an hour and it would take roughly 15 minutes to get there, I had 15 minutes to freshen up. I had a quick shower and dried my hair before changing into a light purple skater skirt, a white off the shoulder blouse with pink flowers, a matching pink flower crown and my doc martin boots, an outfit to suit the warm LA weather. I had left my hair down, only pinning up a tiny section to stop it falling in my face all night. I had light makeup, giving up on a good eyeshadow look and just settled for an average one, with silver and pink glitter lining my cheekbones. This was Niall's favorite look on me and mine as well. I grabbed a black purse just as I got a notification on my phone telling me that my uber has arrived. I rushed downstairs and into the car. I texted Zayn to tell him that I was on my way before settling into the seat. My phone pinged and I saw the text that Zayn sent back.

When I arrived at the venue, I could see Louis' head peeking out a back door. When he saw the uber pull up, He poked his head back inside and Paul and Mark approached the car. I thanked my driver and stepped out.

"Hi Paul, Hi Mark!"

"Hi Y/N" Paul replied, "Nice to see you. Come on in, Nialler is going to be so excited!" I followed them to the door. Louis was waiting for me on the other side.

"Hi Ni!" I greeted him with a hug.

"Y/n! We missed you!"

"I missed you guys too!"

"We need to hurry, Niall is getting his hair and makeup done, he will manage to get out of it sooner then he should though..." Louis trailed off giving me a knowing look causing me to laugh. Louis led me to Zayn's dressing room. We went inside to see Liam and Zayn and an abundance of mirrors. We all exchanged greetings before going over the plan once more. Zayn stayed with me while Louis and Liam went to distract Niall / keep him away from Zayn's dressing room which is what Harry was already doing. While everyone else was distracting Niall, Zayn and I caught up with each other, talking about his daughter Khai, and needing to go on a double date with Niall and I soon. Harry soon came to Zayn's dressing room to say 'hi' to me and tell us it was time for the boys to go on.
