The director smiles "Well I am glad to hear that and now we will go one at a time you will say who you want to be and you will sing one song from the musical." He picks up a clipboard "Toph Beifong" he says
"Oh yeah I am blind so I can't be in it but I am a great piano player and I was wondering if I could play it with the band during the play?" She says hopefully
"Yeah give it a shot and do you want me to direct you do the piano." he says kindly to my friend and she simply nods her head yes and he shows her where it is and she plays a beautiful instrumental of Burn I turn my head to the side where Sokka is sitting next to me and he looks like he is gushing. Wait does he like Toph and then I notice Suki who was sitting next to him grab his hand and he looks at her and smiles. Who does this guy like?
"Wow, you did amazing and yes of course you can play the piano for the play." He claps and Toph smiles. He looks at his clipboard "Next up Sokka."
"Hi I am Sokka it rhymes with okka and young ladies' I rocked ya" I saw Suki and Toph blush, what is happening. and when he made that joke no one laughed "Ok, tough crowd well I would like to go for Lafayette/Jefferson."
"Ok well I will set up the background music"
