Piggy: Infection Phase 2

Recoveries

Soon, all the infected were brought to the hospital to get cured once again. Except Mr. P, who wasn't even infected. He was only brought there to rest. If she could, Penny would've let him rot unconscious in the plant. 

Bunny and Dr. Beary worked together to cure everyone as fast as possible. And since they worked fast and cooperated well, they managed to get everyone cured in 3 hours (I apologize if you think it's too short-). Now all that was left to do was to wait for them to wake up. 

Speaking of the cured infected waking up, Zuzy was very impatient. She kept asking 'Is George up?' every ten minutes ever since she heard that the cure was administered to every infected in the hospital. But at one point, Zizzy got so annoyed with Zuzy's repetitive questions that she finally told her to keep quiet and be patient. 

"Okay, okay, fine! Jeez," Zuzy said when Zizzy told her to keep quiet. Zee smirked at her twin. Zuzy shot a glare back at Zee, which caused her to snicker slightly, much to Zuzy's annoyance. After another half an hour of waiting, Zuzy dozed off.

After what seemed like forever, Bunny walked towards the zebra sisters and told them that George was awake. Zee shook Zuzy awake. "What?!" Zuzy exclaimed indignantly. "Bunny says we could go see George now." Zee said, calmly. "Isn't that what you always wanted?" Then Zuzy was wide awake. She dashed to Bunny.

"Where is he? What room? Tell me!" she exclaimed. "Gee, calm down. I'll lead you to the ward he's in." Bunny said. Then she walked to a hallway on the right and then turned into a ward that was located on the left. Zuzy followed, Zee and Zizzy behind her. 

Once they entered the ward, Bunny left so they could be alone with George for a while. As soon as she left, Zuzy leapt at George and hugged him tightly. "George! I'm so glad you're okay!" Zuzy exclaimed happily. "Woah, there, Zuzy! Not so tight," George said.

"Oops, sorry," Zuzy said. She loosened her grip around the pig. "I'm glad I didn't infect you guys. But I know did to other innocent people..." George trailed off, his face written all over with shame. "You know you didn't mean it. It's Mr. P's. fault." Zee said. 

"What?" George asked. "What did he do? I thought he didn't mean to cause the infection in the first place!" 

"About that, he said something like 'You are so oblivious to my real intentions' to Bunny. He seemed like he wanted to start another round of the infection, but it doesn't make sense. Why would he want to start another round of the infection just when the first one was over?" Zizzy said. "You're right about that." Zuzy agreed.

Then suddenly the ward's door opened, and Dr. Beary was there. "Zizzy, Zee and Zuzy, Mr. P wants to see you. He has something to tell you." he said. Zuzy turned to look at George. "Go ahead. Whatever he wants to tell you, it has to be important." George said. Then Zuzy turned back to face Dr. Beary.

"Okay, doctor. Please lead us there." Zizzy said. Dr. Beary nodded and led the way to Mr. P's ward.
