Instead of practicing this week's assignment of 'hairography', Matt and Mike have been toying with the idea of teaching her a movie musical dance. However, that was proving unusually difficult for the girl. Stopping the music the two dance teachers looked at their student who somehow made it onto the floor. "I'm sorry," she said. "I don't know why I'm not getting it."

"You're still better than Finn," Matt tries to assure her. "And you've gotten better."

"No I haven't," she sighs as all of her insecurities about herself have been decided to come out lately. "You just are amazing teachers, I just-"

"You've gotten better," Mike assures her. "You have your basics down and you're still learning. This is..." He trails off, looking at Matt to finish it off.

"This is just a bad day," Matt tells her. "Don't you have a final this week?" She does but figured that dancing could get her feeling better about everything. "So how about instead of trying to teach you something, we just have fun?" Not letting her have a say, Mike holds out his hand to pull her up. Matt plays the music as the two put on a performance for her.

The two boys were dancing around, deciding to break out into the line dance that goes with this song. They kept on trying to get her to join in with the song. While they laughed and smiled out of her, their goal wasn't achieved until after the bridge when she sang with them.

Once they finished the song, they decided to use the rest of their time in the dance studio to just that with any song under the sun. There were no real cares in the room, just positivity.

After her dance 'lesson', she was stuck in her room trying to study for her final

After her dance 'lesson', she was stuck in her room trying to study for her final. But that was boring her so she temporarily gave up and flopped onto her bed. Deciding to flop onto her bed, calling one of her best friends. "Hello?" Kurt asks, answer on the other end.

"Hey dude!" Becca said, "How'd it go with giving Rachel that make over? Because she looks hot in that dress you gave her. I just haven't gotten a chance since I'm swamped with work from Haverbrook. Got my ASL final this week."

"Good luck! Are you scooping out the competition?"

Becca laughs, shaking her head. "No. I've met a couple of kids and they're really nice. I don't get Mr. Schue's instance for us performing hairography for them since it feels hella insensitive."

"I doubt he's thought ahead of anything. But when I gave Rachel a makeover-" Becca sits up, waiting for her friend to give her an answer. "-I found out she likes Finn too." Despite knowing what she'll say, Kurt ends up telling her everything anyway. "So I may have told her that she needed to go all Sandy at the end of Grease... Because I know Finn doesn't like loose women... And I want him to realize that she's not a second choice and she's not living in this school girl fantasy of her and Finn being together." On the other end, Kurt can hear his friend facepalming, "I know it's insane and I know he's straight and he'll never be into me. I just don't like being alone."

"I know, but there are gay guys in Ohio." Becca assures him, "And you deserve to be with someone who's out and proud and not ashamed of who he is. When I worked my show, there were some guys talking about some rich all boys prep school in Westerville. Daytona or Dacery or something like that. I bet some of them are gay with a captial G!"

Kurt gives a small laugh, "There's no way I'm going to meet one from there."

"You never know." Becca teases, laying back down on her bed. She always hated their mutual conversations on feeling just like they'll be alone and never find anyone. But they still had them anyway since even though she hated it, she still needed to let out steam too.

Noticing the silence, Kurt decided to ask her something. "How do you do it? You can be with anyone, yet you're single like me. I know you have your issues with that ass who asked you out, but how are you okay with it?"

Becca looks around her room, trying to find the right words to hopefully help her friend out. "I'm not. Most days I'm fine, other's I'm not. I want somebody to love me in like a romantic sense, but I know it will be awhile for me. But not you Kurt. You are going to find a great guy for you who is into performing and fashion week and musicals. You are going to find someone."

"So are you." Kurt reminds her, Becca shakes her head, barely believing him, "You are going to find someone who loves the weird voices and impressions you do and just everything about you. You'll find a person who appreciates you."

"Thanks," Thinking back, she remembers something that at least as of recently has helped her. "Do you wanna know what helps me feel not as alone? Having great friends like you and everyone in Glee. We're like one crazy dysfunctional family, and I would take that over a partner any day."

Kurt's silent for a moment, agreeing. While he doesn't like being alone, it is really nice having friends. Looking around his room at the time, Kurt speaks into the phone, "Hey Becks, I need to get started on my skin care routine, so I should probably hang up."

Becca looks down, not wanting the conversation to end, but knows it's not fair to Kurt to keep him on the line, "Yeah, no problem. I need to work on homework anyway. Love you Kurt!"

"Love you too." Becca hangs up the phone and sits up to go back to her desk. But she doesn't move. Talking to Kurt brought up all her worries and fears of being alone. While she loves having friends, she knows the type of loneliness she feels isn't cured by friendship. She wants someone who she can lean on in a partner sense. She knows that she can lean on Kurt or Finn, but it's not the same.

Forgetting about homework, she lies back down on her bed grabbing her teddy bear. She clutches it and curls up on her bed, crying. Hating how upset this is getting her, but she just feels as though she'll never find someone. But at the same time, she's too scared to try.
