I fucking hate it how when certain people are talking about anorexia they say something like “I simply just stopped eating” because you can’t just “simply stop eating”. There is nothing simple about starving yourself and breaking down crying because in your mind it isn’t good enough. There is nothing simple about depriving your body of energy and creating an unnatural pattern in your body and mind’s natural instinct.
Sorry for my rant, this just bugs me so much...
