"Mum, I'm going to school," Jun said, softly knocking on his mother's bedroom door. From outside, he could hear a soft sound of sniffles, he knew that his mother was crying again.

"Mum, I'm coming in now, okay?" Jun said, quietly opening the door. Jun's father owned a dance studio, the very one he is learning at to be precise. But a year ago, he lost his life in a car accident. The dance studio was sold to Jun's uncle, his heartless uncle. His uncle didn't care about his sister-in-law, he only cared about money. Jun has seen him do monstrous things just to earn a handful of money.

Since his father died, Jun's mother had to work extra shifts at the hospital just to pay off the rent. She would go to the hospital and only come back every once in a blue moon. When she does, she would try to spend all her time with her son, but when she thinks Jun's asleep, she'll cry in her room. Usually coming out with puffy red eyes and tear-stained cheeks.

Jun had gotten a part-time job after school at a cafe to earn some extra cash for the family. Although his mother told him he didn't have to, she was always extremely grateful when he came back home with some warm food that he bought with his pay.

"Mum, it's going to be okay. I'm going to school first, okay?" Jun comforted his mother, hoping what he said would come true.
