The day was almost over and it decided to rain... I don't have a car, my mother drove me and I'm pretty sure she isn't going to pick me up ASAP. She is really busy and has this big case, she's a prosecutor and my dad is a judge and I'm pretty sure he isn't going to pick me up either

I looked around and saw Lucas outside with an umbrella, I got underneath "hey Lucas you think you can give me a ride home?" I ask him and he groans and says " I don't even have a ride home" we both laugh at our pain and continue to wait outside in the rain because they already locked the doors as soon as everyone is out the building

I seen this black Range Rover pull beside us and I whisper in Lucas ear " you know who this is" and he shakes his head in fear " we bout to run" I say grabbing his arm but the windows roll down and it's no one other than himself Dominic

"Get in" he says to us and as I was walking over Lucas grabs my arm and says " do you think this is the best idea" we looked at each other and I say " he is literally our only option" then I whisper in his ear "I got a knife in my pocket just in case anything happens" me and Lucas start giggling

"Come on I don't have all day" oop someone's having a bad day I thought to myself giggling

As we climb into Dominic's car I get in the back with Lucas because he grabbed my hand basically dragging me back there

"Get up front what are you doing" Dominic questions me giving an confused face

I get in the front seat and Dominic doesn't hesitate to pull off not even asking for our addresses

"Why did you give us a ride" I question Dominic looking at him " we could be murderers" I say laughing and Lucas starts laughing also

He just looked at us " what's your address" he asks Lucas, he is obviously annoyed at us laughing

He drops Lucas off at his house and before he gets out he says " text me when you get in the house" I nod my head "ok see you tomorrow"

Dominic zooms off not even waiting for him to get in the door

We get to a stop light and Dominic is just staring at me, not gonna lie I kinda feel uncomfortable

" what's your address" he questions me, I tell him and he nods pulling off " give me your number" he tells me

"That's not how you ask and why" I say

"Because I'm picking you up tomorrow" he states, he didn't even ask what the hell is this kids problem

"No" I say

He looks at me and says " please" I'm shocked, he doesn't look like the type of person to say please to anyone

Nonetheless I give him my number and we arrive at my house he takes my hand and says "bye Ivy I'll pick you up tomorrow at 8" he kisses my hand and I look at him and say "ok" dumb ass bitch

Yeah srry I forgot to text you back

I put my phone in my pocket and walk up the stairs to my house, it's pretty big even though it's literally only 3 of us that live here. My parents make a lot of money so I'm grateful for that

I text both of my parents that I'm home and start on my homework then I get an text from some unknown number

I looked at my phone and got scared instantly

I looked at my phone in relief, and put my shoes on and grabbed a jacket I had on black spandex shorts and it was kinda cold outside and wet from the rain earlier

I seen Dominic's Range Rover and got in the passenger seat and smiled, he looked good. He had on a sweatshirt and joggers, he literally makes a basic outfit look good

He looked at my outfit and instantly turned on the heat " you should put on some pants, you can get sick" he says

"Why did you text me" I question him ignoring what he just said

" I wanted to see you" I look at him weirdly " you barely know me" I say laughing a little bit " exactly let's get to know each other" he says
