The story is based of a FNF mod called "Everywhere At The End Of Funk". If you don't know what FNF / Friday Night Funkin , heres some explanation about it :

There's a ton lot of mods just for this game and one of them is "Everywhere At The End Of Funk" or EATEOF for short. In the EATEOF mod , BF or as I like to call him Keith has Dementia. Now before you say anything , I did some research about it. I'm no Doctor or professional , I know that. Here's some explanation about Dementia :
