We cuddle all night. I was comforted by Van's hugs and kisses as if making up for the past years that we lost.

He shower me words telling me how much he loves me and Giddeon. And I can't still believe it.

After years of falling apart, we are here at this moment, back in each other's arms, both being found.

I woke up earlier than Van. Nagising ako nang nakapulupot ang braso nya sa baywang ko. I smiled absentmindedly and turned around to face him.

Hinawi ko ang buhok sa noo nya bago sya malayang tinitigan.

Up until now, everything felt like a dream.

And if this is one, I hope I don't wake up again.

I kissed Van's forehead before I decided to move up. Natigil lang ako ng humigpit ang yakap sa akin ni Van.

"Where are you going?" he asked in deep and sleepy voice.

"I'll make is breakfast." I said.

Hinigit nya ako papalapit sa kanya at mas siniksik pa ang mukha sa leeg ko. Pabiro akong umirap.

"Let's stay like this for awhile." he requested. I bit my lip as he kissed my shoulder blades.

Sa huli, nanatili ako sa tabi nya habang yakap yakap nya ako. I waited until he fell asleep again before I move so I can make us breakfast. Dumeretso ako sa kwarto ni Giddeon para silipin sya pero natutulog pa sya.

Naabutan ko si Anya na naghahanda na ng breakfast nang bumaba ako. I went near her and drank a cold water first.

"Ako na dito." I said. Tumango tango naman sya sa akin.

"Sige ma'am, lilinisan ko lang yung sa garden." paalam nya kaya tumango naman ako.

I pulled my hair into a bun and started making us breakfast. I am still humming a song while frying bacons when I felt a hand slowly wrapping around my waist. Napatigil ako.

"Good morning." bati ni Van at hinalikan ang pisngi ko. Ngumuso ako.

"Morning."

Hindi sya kaagad umalis kaya hindi ako halos makagalaw. At pakiramdam ko, wala naman syang plano na umalis sa pagkakapulupot sa akin.

"Van, I'm cooking." I said. Pero kalaunan, pinatay na din ang stove dahil tapos na naman na.

Hinarap ko si Van na nakayakap pa din sa akin.

"Kailan tayo ikakasal?" bungad nya. Napakurap ako.

"Kumain muna siguro tayo ng agahan ano?" biro ko. Humalakhak naman sya sa akin.

"I can't still believe it. You're marrying me. You'll be my wife." he said that almost to himself.

Nanliit ang mga mata ko bago ako humalukipkip sa harapan nya. Tumaas ang kilay nya sa ginawa ko.

"I actually felt like, I got an impulsive decision last night..." simula ko. Nagsimulang kumunot ang noo nya.

He stepped forward and I almost fell in the ground. Napatili lang ako ng bigla nya akong buhatin at paupuin sa counter top.
