"I already told you what happened. Actually, I've told you three times already." Y/n sighed as she rubbed her eyes tiredly. After the incident in what she learned was called Hosu City, she had been admitted into the nearest hospital, though she was separated from the trio of kids she fought with and the hero they had helped save.

"We know, but can... you just start from the beginning?" Now, she was being interrogated in her hospital room by a walking lie detector, a sleep-deprived man, and a stout man who wasn't really a man, but some sort of animal. Go figure, that's what happens when you're admitted into a hospital with no records to your name.

"I was on Wall Rose—"

"What is this, Wall Rose, you speak of?" The sleep deprived man asked, cutting her off which she did not take lightly to, hence the glare she shot his way.

"Anyways," She ignored his question, going on with her story, "as I was saying, I was on Wall Maria, when Reiner and Bertholdt started talking this nonsense about being Titans, except it wasn't nonsense because next thing I know, they're transforming, and all I saw was white. I thought, maybe I died, or passed out, but then I felt a pain, like I was being squeezed through something too small for my body. It felt like every bone in my body was being pulverized. Then, I woke up in that alleyway, but I couldn't remember a thing. Not who I was, not where I was. When my senses and memories came back, there was this girl standing over me, she said something about traveling universes? Honestly, it made zero sense, but after what I witnessed with that half-and-half boy, it doesn't seem too crazy."

"She's telling the truth." The detective who had introduced himself as Tsukauchi nodded, "And I think I might have a lead on who's behind this."

"Who?"

"Hayami Kimura."

The name must've brought back memories, because Aizawa's face dropped more (if that was even possible), and Nezu's smile faltered slightly.

"Excuse me, who is that?" Y/n questioned.

"She's one of two twins." Aizawa started, and by the time of his voice, Y/n could tell he didn't like either of them, "I taught her and her brother, Hajime, there first year at UA... before they were forced to drop out. They were too troubling."

"Well, what the hell does she want with me?" Y/n furrowed her eyebrows.

"She most likely doesn't want anything. None of this is your fault, Miss Ackerman."

"I know none of this is my fault, I didn't do anything! So, how am I supposed to go home? You can go get that girl and—"

"Please calm down, Miss." The detective spoke in a soft tone, slightly calming the panicked girl in front of him. He passed her a juice box, "We are going to... discuss some things." He stood up from his seat, motioning for the other two adults in the room to follow him into the hall, "We will be right back."

The girl groaned as the door shut behind the trio. She flopped back onto the hospital bed, head nuzzling into the soft pillows. She sipped from the plastic straw of the juice box that was given to her, she was sure she'd never had juice before, at least not this apple juice, resources back home were always very limited.

Spotting a small remote of some kind on the bedside table, Y/n reached for it. She began messing with its buttons until a noise ran through the room. She jumped, bringing her fist up in order to be ready to fight if she had to. However, her on-guard expression switched to one of confusion as she stared at the TV that was playing some mediocre show, definitely one that would call for anyone her age to switch channels, but being as she had never seen a TV before, she leaned forward, staring at the pixels in awe.

Having no idea what she was looking at, she decided to mimic the characters, frowning when they would frown, smiling when they would smile, even repeating some of the words they said back, until she found herself actually enjoying this strange source of entertainment.

Meanwhile, in the hall outside of her hospital room, the adults from earlier were talking.

"So if what she is saying is true—"

"She is telling the truth."

"Tsk. Since what she saying is true, and she really isn't from this world, what are we supposed to do?"

"I have a proposal!" Nezu grinned, raising his hand in the air as if to show he wanted to speak despite having the most authority out of the three, "We should have her attend UA! She can be placed into your class, Aizawa."

"We can't just place her in a hero course, don't you think people might get suspicious?" Aizawa argued, knowing students of the school as well as the press wouldn't take lightly to the idea of a random—quirkless—girl randomly being placed into the hero course at UA.

"Precisely, but we need to keep an eye on her, and being as you will be her guardian for the time being, it would only make sense for her to be in your homeroom class, she will most likely grow to trust you the most"

"Wait, what? Why do I have to take care of her? I never agreed to this. Wouldn't it be smarter to have Japan's number one hero do that? All Might?"

"I was thinking that too, but really, being under All Might's care means we can run the risk of All Might's true identity being leaked, as well as her own."

"Wait." Tsukauchi interrupted, "Another issue is the girl. She doesn't seem like she's very good at... socializing. Perhaps she doesn't know how, at least not with total strangers. Throwing her into a new atmosphere like that could be risky, especially since we have no telling what her world is like."

"That's true." Nezu sighed, tapping his foot on the floor rhythmically, "But we also don't know how long she'll be stuck here. We can't just isolate her from society."

"You make valid points." Aizawa sighed, rubbing the space between his eyebrows, "But I still don't think she should just be placed into the hero course."

"Hm. I think I have a solution for that."

After the three came to an agreement, all agreeing on Nezu's final plan, they entered the hospital room once again, finding the girl giggling to herself at the show playing on the TV in front of her, all while hugging a pillow tightly in her arms.

Maybe having this strange girl in their world won't be too bad.
