Continuing from part 4, Mondo's POV
"W-wait...huh?!"
"I said...I like you. I...I'd appreciate if you went on a date with me!" Taka exclaimed.

This kid REALLY had the nerve to not only tell me how he felt, BUT REPEAT IT. Real gusto. I respect it. But I'm too busy PANICKING right now to note on that...
"Ghn...er..How...did you know you felt like that..?" I asked while avoiding eye contact with his big ole red eyes. Those things seduce me, I swear.
"Um..Fujisaki-San told me you liked me...and...I really liked you...so—"
PAUSE. Chihiro?? AGAIN?? Fuckin' hell. I know he said he'd talk about it with this guy, but he didn't have to be THAT forward...dammit.
"Chihiro, you li'l shit..I'm givin' ya hell next time we're at the gym..." I muttered under my breath, my head hung in my hands in pure shame.
"So. You wanna go on a date with me—ahem—I suppose..I know a spot..." I choked on my own words as they left my mouth, but I managed to get them out in a way that was understandable.
"You do?? Oh, please tell me, I'd love hearing about new places!" He's so fuckin' adorable. Somebody stop me.
I managed to clear my head of the daydreams of us riding my bike down a scenic route.
"Ya think you could keep it a secret? Only me and a couple real close friends know it." I offered, promptly raising a brow.
Taka smiled and nodded ecstatically.
"Alright—come over at about ten at night in a week. That'll give me time to prepare." As in prepare, I mean mentally. GOD, I'm shaking.
"Ten P.M., a week from today..got it!" Taka smiled at me and my heart skipped like, two beats. Damn.
"Yep. Ahem—well. You, erm.,.. should get going. It's kinda late, y'know?" I ushered, shrugging. Taka did nothing but nod and stand.
"Well, thank you for letting me visit! I'll see you in a week! Stop by for tea sometime!" He chuckled his stupid little contagious chuckle and swiftly hugged me before heading out.
I'm gonna fall for that boy, dammit.
