Dear Kiyoko,
My throat hurts so bad. It feels like a shard of glass is going down my throat and I just badly want to rip it out.
Since I didn't want to get an operation, they suggested for me to stay in the hospital to monitor my lungs but I also said no to that. I don't want to spend the rest of my remaining days inside the hospital. I'd rather spend it with you or any of our friends. I thought I could just randomly and freely go out but I was wrong. I was banned from going out because my parenta wanted to watch over me. Right now, I'm laying on my bed as I write this.
