"A yearbook?" Blueberry questioned
"Hai!"
'Ryushi made a yearbook? Seriously...'
"Oh right-- we did a whole school one, with Karasuma-sensei as our teacher"
"And poor Koro-sensei wasn't in a single shot"
"Actually... he popped into a few at Mach speed, just under the radar. It's like one of those ghost photos"
"Exactly! That's why I want to use these photos instead!" He motioned to the stacks of photos on the podium, "A year of unguarded moments! These treasured selfies with all of you-- Thirty thousand in all!! Now to find the most memorable ones together!"
Everyone sweatdropped, 'When did he even...?'
I tuned everything out and laid my head on the desk. Out of nowhere, a picture was placed on my desk. I snapped up straight and grabbed the photo, tearing it into tiny pieces so no one could see it or piece it back together
"Mizuki what-" I ignored whoever spoke to me and glared at the Octopus
"Fucking Octopus. Who told you, you could take a picture?" He smiled innocently
"Who m-" I cut his tentacle off by throwing a dagger, he shrieked and backed away from me
"Mizuki?" I turned to Strawberry
"Nani demo arimasen" He narrowed his eyes but shrugged it off
I looked upfront to see Ryushi having a panic
"Oh, but I haven't taken nearly enough photos! I was aiming for a ten-thousand-page yearbook!"
"We just keep tearing them up"
"The dictionary isn't even three thousand pages!" Ryushi shot up
"Outside class!" He ordered, "We'll dress up and get a wider variety of shots!"
And suddenly, we were outside
I stared at everyone blankly as I sat in a tree. "Why am I out here?" I muttered
Out of nowhere, I felt a presence behind me. I quickly pulled a dagger out, turned around and pointed the dagger at their face, stopping only two inches from them. I sighed and retracted it
"Did I frighten you Emiko?" Strawberry smirked evilly
"You are far from Strawberry"
"Oh? But you reacted so quick-"
"I'll pull your tongue out" He put his arms up in surrender
"You aren't taking part?"
"No"
Before he could say anything, I pushed him out of the tree, he landed on his ass. I smirked in victory as he glared up at me, before he said anything, Ryushi captured him and took a picture. When I looked at the duo, I watched in amusement as Ryushi placed a hat on Strawberry's head and took a picture after undoing his shirt buttons
As the time passed, it soon came to Ryushi's mind that I wasn't there
"Mizuki!!!"
He continued to call my name for about five minutes before Strawberry betrayed me
"She's in the tree" I quickly found myself in Ryushi's tentacle
"You damned octopus!! Get off me!!" As I went to stab him in the face, he sped by the class and took a class selfie
The way it was positioned, was everyone in two rows, the back row was higher than the front and there was a space in the middle of them. Ryushi stood in that gap with me in his tentacle as I went to stab him. That was how I took my first picture with the E Class
Timeskip
My eyes widened as I watched a large beam head toward the E Class classroom. Right where Ryushi was. Within an instant I was jumping through trees, quickly making my way to the classroom
After a few minutes, I made it there. I jumped by Terasaka. I stood straight and glared at the military
"Mizuki!"
"Lone Wolf!" Everyone's eyes widened
"What is the meaning of this?" I demanded an answer
"Th-"
All of a sudden, bright lights were flashing. I turned to the side and saw the paparazzi
"Look at this!"
"Could these be the students that had been threatened by that monstrous teacher?" I felt my heartbeat quicken in anger
"--You're those junior high hostages right?"
"--Excuse me! How do you feel right now?"
"--You must be relieved to hear that he's been captured!"
My eyes widened at that information. 'Ryushi can't have been captured, this is all--'
"What was it like spending a whole year ruled by a teacher-- who could explode at any second?"
"What's this about him forcing you to perform sham assassinations?"
Muramatsu stepped forward, "Shut up! It's none of your business!"
"We have it on good authority that there's less than a 1% chance of the earth being destroyed. He's not dangerous-- put that on TV!" Yada spoke
"He's not the evil teacher they're saying he is!" Insect girl exclaimed, on the verge of tears
"Oh! Here, get this girl!"
"Did that monster tell you to say that?" A female reporter stuck a mic in her face. "How awful it must have been. You can tell us the truth" Then she turned to the camera, "These are the innocent children that monster has used as hostages. The children will surely be seriously traumatised. One will hope they'll be treated as soon as possible" I let out a low growl
"THAT'S ENOUGH!!!" Everyone went silent at my sudden outburst. I began to walk toward the female reporter, getting a dagger out but Kimura, Blueberry and Muramatsu held and pushed me back. "If you want to spew bullshit about someone you don't even know, I'll give you a fucking lesson on what happens when you fucking do. I'll fucking--!!!!"
A hand covered my mouth, stopping me from saying anything else. As everyone looked bewildered at me, Karasuma came over and began to tell the paparazzi to leave
After they left, E Class was escorted to a military base
"Karasuma you bastard" I slammed my hands on the crater I was sitting on
"Mizuki-"
I got off the crate and began to walk toward him, "You listen here you motherfuck-"
"Calm down" Karma placed a hand on my shoulder. I clenched my jaw but stayed quiet as he spoke. "In the end, he's just another company man. When push comes to shove he'll just follow orders to save his own skin"
"That's exactly right. My position lets me protect people when they need it most--" I cut Karasuma off my slamming my fist into his jaw, forcing his head sideways
"If you'd forgotten. I am an assassin, if you and your bastard superiors wanted me in this mission then you shouldn't have hidden such vital information"
"Mizuki-" I stopped Blueberry from speaking
"This time. I'm not killing him for you assholes. I'm killing him for me. Stop me and I'll kill you" I then simply walked off
A few hours later...
I kicked a soldier in the head, knocking him out
"Your reaction time is too slow. Be more aware"
Strawberry turned around and smiled. "Arigato" I simply nodded
"I'll go on ahead. You finish up with the squads" With that, I ran off
