"Sakamoto Ryouma... You mean-" Green started
"This was the location of Omiya, the inn where Sakamoto was assassinated in 1867" I cut her off walking up to them. They all turned to me
"Oh Mizuki," Said dark blue-haired boy
"Fancy seeing you here" Akabane said, a small smirk growing on his features
"Don't get used to it strawberry" I stated coldly, turning to those I don't know the names of. "Your names?" I questioned
"I'm Manami Okuda" Glasses introduced
"My name is Kaede Kayano!" Green Pea said
"I'm Yukiko Kanzaki," The tallest of the girls said
"Tomohito Sugino" The boy introduced
I nodded memorising their names. "You do your thing. I have important stuff to do" I say turning around before they can say anything I disappear from sight
Actually, I went into the crowd and jumped onto a building watching them in secret, I studied them carefully and saw strawberry's face frown. I raised a brow at this amused, 'Did someone want me to stay? Whatever, they're heading toward Gion now, I need to follow them. If my hunch is correct there's going to be trouble' I thought to myself silently hopping from roof to roof without being noticed
(When Emiko reaches the others she sees Karma being kicked by a bunch of guys and a group holding Kanzaki and Kayano)
Seeing strawberry being ganged up on I pulled a dagger out, throwing it. I stabbed one of the unfamiliar boys in the back making him drop to the floor, but they didn't notice. I jumped off the building drop kicking another boy, that gained all of their attention. Acting quickly I pulled a boy toward me and placed another dagger against his neck
"One wrong move and he dies" I threaten to make who I presume their leader grit his teeth. "Get your minions off the redhead and let go of the girls and no one else gets hurt," I say monotone
"BITCH!!!" A guy yells from behind me. I put my arm around my hostage's neck, using the dagger to stab the other without breaking eye contact with the leader, and placed the dagger by the hostage's neck
"I won't say it again" I spat
The leader just smirks, "No need to" He says. That's when I heard more guys show up. I slit the boy's throat and started dodging all of their hits, Akabane was still being beaten so I was on my own. Whilst dodging the attacks I managed to stab most in areas making them drop like flies, I turned around giving the leader a death glare
"Now," I ordered. Instead of seeing him and the girls he used the opportunity of me ending his colleagues as a chance to escape. I sighed and walked over to Akabane and pulled him up off the floor, "How injured are you?" I question studying his body. Narrowing my eyes I place my dagger into its sheath. "Shiota and Okuda, go tell the octopus what happened as fast as you can. Akabane and Sugino you come with me" I command as the last girl comes out of hiding. They follow my orders leaving me and the two boys alone
"What do you want us for?" Sugino questioned
"You will come with me to where I presume they're hiding. They aren't familiar with the area so they wouldn't have gone far. Once we do find them Sugino you head back carefully and tell octopus where we are" I explain turning to strawberry. "Strawberry you'll be getting the girls whilst I fight them off. Is that understood?" I question
"I'm not going to just-" Strawberry started
"You will get the girls and then you may fight" I offer and he smirks
"Deal"
I pull a dagger out as I enter their hideout. Using my inhumane speed I stab all of them in their sides, legs, or arms. "Ah ah ah~," I said walking into view as the leader whips around, I saw him shiver as he saw the bloodlust in my eyes. "Do me a favour.. and scream" I say in a low taunting voice as I drew a dagger and stabbed him in the arm, "I want you to scream and beg for mercy" I say as he groans out in pain holding his arm. I walk closer to him, I grab him by the hair and I twist the dagger making him cry out. "That's better," I say, I pull my mask down so it sits under my chin and pulled the dagger out of his arm, I bring it up to my lips and lick his blood off in front of him
"Onegai... gomenasai" He begs as I throw him onto the floor. I start kicking him as my bloodlust grows bigger
"You're what?" I question manically, "You should've thought that before kidnapping those girls, how does it feel to be kicked like this? That's how Strawberry felt" I said as a large sadistic grin grew on my face. "Your scream won't be enough to satisfy my needs" I spat. "Scream and cry louder. You were planning to do indecent things to the girls, weren't you? You deserve this" I seeth.
"Now Mizuki. That's enough" I slowly stopped kicking the bloodied, bruised high schooler and crouched down pick him up slightly by the hair placing my dagger along his cheek cutting it
"Such a shame. I hadn't even gotten to the good part yet~" I said before letting him go, standing up facing the octopus. "You're late," I said back in my normal monotone voice, flicking my dagger, getting the blood off it
"I had some run-ins with his friends," Korosensei said, placing his comrades onto the floor. I kicked the leader in the stomach before he passed out in fear
"Tch. Pathetic" I spat placing my dagger back into its sheath. "I must say his blood tastes pretty sour" I complain, wiping the blood I had on my face before pulling my mask back up. "You couldn't have come any later?" I questioned before turning to the girls, "Are you hurt majorly?" I asked as my bloodlust disappeared
"W-We're fine," Kanzaki said, clearly shaken up
"Good,"
"W-Watch out!!" Kayano exclaimed. I sensed someone running up behind me. I step to the side and saw a knife. I grabbed the boys wrist and flung him across the room, into a pillar
"I prefer to not be attacked by a weakling like you," I sighed. As I was about to pick him up and smash him into the ground but someone beat me to it. I saw a familiar strawberry hair colour on top of my victim punching the living daylights out of him
"Oi strawberry back off" I warn pulling him back by the collar
"What happened to me getting to beat someone up? And what was up with that earlier?" He questioned as I let go of him
"That was something you shouldn't have seen. Now forget that and let's head back to our inn" I say, looking at octopus before starting to walk away
"Why didn't you say you were an assassin Mizuki?" Sugino asked, helping Kanzaki up. I stopped in my tracks and looked over my shoulder, I just glared at them
"Do not act like we are friends because we are not. I am here to kill my target and that is what I will do" I said harshly, making him, Shiota, and the girls flinch at my tone. I looked forward, "Get in my way and I'll kill you" I threatened coldly before leaving the building
Korosensei PoV
I sighed as I watched Mizuki disappear from sight
"She doesn't have to be so rude" I heard Sugino say under his breath
"Does she mean it when she says she'll kill us if we get in her way?" Okuda asked and I turned to her
"Fret not children. Even though she says that she has her own reasons, and believe me I understand her" I say as reassurance
"We should get back," I say, making everyone walk in front of me. When I did a headcount I saw Karma behind all of us. I turned and walked to him, "Is something wrong Karma?" I questioned
"Nothing" He murmured. I sighed and put a hand on his head
"You can tell me" I reassured but he just knocked my arm off him and walked past me. I sighed, 'Children these days...'
