hey Lou hope your okay thank you for liking my comment it made today better because today I had my mental Heath check in it really didn't go down that well.So first today started of as a usual day until I had a phone call to say I had an appointment which didn't know anything about,so I turn up at the appointment thinking it was gonna be all okay until I found out I was gonna be having a new doctor/therapist which kinda pissed me off, she told me I had to start explaining everything from the beginning and I had to go though all of the pain and anger again.Then when I got home stated to have another panic attack which was wired because there was no reason or sings for this panic attack but like usual I was alone and the only way i got through it was listening to ur music after 10-15 minutes had passed I got though it.Then u posted and liked my comment and made it all better.Am still not ready to talk about what happened with Jake.I just wished I could have seen the struggles he was going through thought nothing of it because he was so happy and honest I though everything was okay. Well anyways went though another day let's see what tomorrow brings us.All the love.H
