Saiki K x Reader

Um i know nothing about this anime so I'm sorry if any of this is wrong.

Reader's POV

Liking a boy that can read minds is awful, but what is worse is when your mind is making a million and two scenarios of how asking him out could go but not one of them ending well. I put my earbuds in figuring out that he cannot hear my thoughts well that way. Well hopefully because he never blushed about it anymore, so maybe he's used to it?

My heart sank as I saw Teruhasi being all flirty with him, I gagged silently, causing the pink haired boy to chuckle lightly. My face heating up instantly, I felt a hand grab onto my wrist making me turn around quickly.

"O-Oh Heya Kaido, h-here. My mom went overboard again on the food. I hope you're hungry." I smiled softly, and handed him the food that I wasn't going to eat. The smaller portion I kept in my bag for myself.

"Oh thank you Y/n, and tell your mom I said thank you." He stated, yet looked down. I didn't exactly know why he was looking down until I looked down.

"H-Hey eyes up here stupid!" I said with a bright red face. I honestly wished Saiki looked at me like he admired me, but not like Kaido. I want him to cherish and honestly know that the cool I don't care demeanor can either piss me off but it also can make my heart pound.

He's the perfect combination of I couldn't care less, and hey I'll help you so you can get out of my face.

"Sorry they're just-"

"F-Forget it I forgot you were a pervert." I said, shaking my head, and sitting down behind Saiki. My heartbeat quickened as he turned to look at me. His violet eyes staring into my e/c orbs. My face grew red, and my breathing became shallow. He then turned back to the front.

Once started, the scent of strawberries filled the air, catching my attention for a good minute or so. As I jotted down the notes, the scent came back, and as I tried to focus the scent only got stronger. I glared daggers into the boy's head.

"If you don't stop that I'm going to slap you." I thought, and heard a chuckle come from him. "It's not funny Kusuo! I need to focus!" I pouted even though he couldn't see my face directly.

The rest of class there were no distractions, and taking notes became easier as I finally understood the equations on the board.

"Let's go on a date." I looked up, and saw that it was once again Kaido. I didn't like him, and honestly I never will because I like Saiki. Kaido can be a sweet boy, so I cannot turn him down harshly.

"I-I'm highly sorry I can't because I'm always busy." The smile I had soon flattened as Riki came over to Saiki. He was mostly in my space, my breathing became quick as I was now nearly unable to move.

"Hello, you're pretty!" Riki said, I pushed Kaido out of the way and ran into the clear, very wide hallway, my breathing soon went back to normal. I went back into the room, and we started eating our lunch. I was still hungry afterwards, but I was put on a diet last night so yeah.

"I'll take you out after school, quit looking so sad." Saiki's voice rang through my head. I looked through my bag realizing I left my coin purse at home.

"Do you mind if we stop by my house first? I left my money there, and I don't want you to-"

"I invited you, I'm paying, and just think of this as a long overdue date that you deserve." After he was finished my face was sent up into flames, causing Kaido and Riki to look at me confused.

"Are you-"

"I-I-I'm f-f-fine!" I said cutting Riki off, and smiled to myself. Maybe something more will happen with this than just him offering to buy me food. Maybe he'll ask me to be his one day, but until that day I'll stick with this.

"Good now don't jump the gun, your face is getting redder by the minute, and I don't see why you wouldn't think it's a date because that is 100% what it is." He looked at me and smirked causing my face to heat up more. I hid my face in my arms, which caused him to chuckle softly. It caught Riki and Kaido off guard. I looked over at them peeking out through my arms. "Why did your mind go blank? You normally think about me everyday." I threw my pencil pouch at him causing him to belt out and laugh. Kaido's, Riki's, and my own eyes went wide.

'He laughed what the fuck, and honestly that's how the whole day went him laughing and picking on me. That cute asshole.
