Reader's Pov
Her blonde hair, blue eyes, and bright smile made me fall for her fast. Her, Sakura, and I became friends when we started the academy.
"Y/n, can I ask you a question?" Ino asked breaking me out of my trance. I shook my head and looked at her
"I mean you just did but go ahead ask away." I said while blushing lightly, and playing with my fingers.
"Why don't you like any boy in the academy?" My heart sank we are now 13 how can I tell her I'm gay without her thinking it's weird.
"I-Ino I don't think any of the guys here are cute because I'm not really into boys. I like girls well I like one girl but she likes somebody else and so yeah." I trailed off with a loud sigh causing Iruka to look up at us. "My apologies don't worry I didn't mean to disturb class Iruka-Sensei!" I apologized he turned around and started teaching where he left off.
"So like you're a lesbian?" Ino whispered only for me to here. I nodded and she sighed with relief. "I was scared I thought you would've ended our friendship like Sakura did because we like the same boy. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about that. Who do you like anyways?" She asked, I looked over at her with a pained expression.
"Apparently a girl that's interested in that damn Uchiha." I grumbles and hid my face in my arms glaring at the raven haired boy you was sneaking glances at a none other than Naruto. I laughed softly knowing that he was blushing after the kiss.
In the end I tuned out the whole entire class until I heard Ino stand up. I snapped my head in her direction quickly, as she walked down to the front of the class.
"I would like you all to know that Y/n L/n has a crush on someone." Everyone gasped at her statement, and their eyes shot over towards me. My heartbeat quickened, "but she will not tell me who the person is. Y/n please come stand by me." I blushes and quickly ran down by her side smiling like a big idiot! She looked at me seeing if I wanted to tell them.
"Boys, girls I would like you to know that I like girls, and I have a crush on a girl and all I can say is her attention is focused on a boy so it doesn't matter!" I heard a voice being cleared from behind me seeing my mom and dad. I ran and hugged them but they pushed me off of them and handed me a bag of clothes.
"You're not our daughter you are not welcome in our house ever again." My fathers voice boomed I hugged Ino and hid my face in her shoulder. My family abandoned and humiliated me in front of The whole class.
"My parents will bring her in she doesn't need negative people in her life like you. Y/n don't worry you'll live with me!" I sniffled and nodded at her. She grabbed my hand and my bag, and we headed to my new home. Ino's parents looked at us worried and we told them what happened. They pulled me into a hug saying I could stay, they supported me through everything. Ino and I passed school and was on the same team.
*three years later*
She became more confident over the years. My heart quickened every time she walks by. I soon got a team of my own. Being a young Jōnin I cannot hang out with the adults so I normally help my team train or I go pay visits to Ino at the flower shop, and flirt with her but she's oblivious to it. The three years I lived with her I got to be closer with her. I sat down with the kids and as they took a break and ate their lunch.
I pulled out my book and was about to read when I saw Ino in a flower crown and a floral dress. I quickly looked away the little girl, who is possibly the teams main reason for success because she actually listens to me, looked in my direction and seeing the bright blush on my face.
"Hey I think we should leave Y/n-Sensei and Her girlfriend alone!" The girl said standing up along with the other two, and leaving Ino and I alone. Ino finally sat besides me and I looked at her.
"Y/n, can I tell you something and I don't know if you feel the same way, but I recently have started falling for someone and I can't read their emotion." Her words pained me, but I smiled it off.
"I understand you completely the best thing that you could do is be straight up and tell them that you like them, and if they like you back pull them into a kiss and hold them." I sighed looking down at my hands, and Ino grabbed my hands.
"y/n I want you to know something, I started falling for you, and I want to be with you, so what do you say? Want to give it a go?" Her words caused a blush to break out all on my face and down my neck.
"I-I'd love that actually." I stuttered while looks away, my face was brought close to another with familiar blue orbs. Her lips crashed on to me and I quickly kissed back. Her lips tasted like cherries, and with a touch of peanut butter.
"Let's go home so we can tell my parents and so we can go cuddle!" She said picking me up and walking to her house, her parents approved, mine finally came around, and we adopted a cat named Shadow and a dog named patch. Sai got Ino pregnant, with my permission obviously! Let's just say my life couldn't be any better!
