i was pacing around my room waiting for tory to arrive. we had decided to study at my place and my heart thumped loudly. i had half my hair up in a knot and my glasses. i wasn't sure why i was this nervous. i tried not to chew off my nails, waiting for her. bad habit, i've been trying to let it go.
suddenly the door bell rang and then my phone buzzed. blondie came up and i picked up.
"are you here?"
"uh, i think so?" she sounded confused. i chuckled walking down stares and i pulled the blinds seeing her look around. she looked cute, blonde hair messily tossed up into a ponytail, i don't think i saw any makeup but i couldn't stop staring. i proceeded to open the door and she walked in.
"this is where you live?" she said looking around everywhere.
"yeah." i said softly. she didn't respond. "is there something wrong?"
she shrugged. "no, nothing."

its been awhile! sorry for the wait especially for a short chapter :/ i just felt like i needed to put something out there, to push me to write more for this fic. i have a lot of plans, after really considering how the new ck season can affect this fic moving forward. in other news!! a cover change! i like it, i felt like changing it because i didn't really like the last cover anymore. the face claim is still lulu antariksa, for rogue, i just wanted some change. hope you all are excited for the chapters to come, comments and votes are appreciated <3
