I set everything down and saw him sleeping soundly.

I saw him open his eyes slightly and pretend to be sleeping.
Three loaves of bread, two ham and cheese croissants,
and two chocolate croissants.

"I guess you don't want the croissants, that's fine. More for me" I joked, seeing his head pop up.

He jumped off the couch like an excited child.
I passed Dabi an empty croissant bag.

He looked at me confused.

"You owe me a kiss first" I explained, he sighed and kissed my cheek.

"Nope, not enough" I laughed a bit at his disappointed pout.
He looked into my eyes, trying to read my mind.

I told him he was thinking too hard about it.
"Like this," I leaned in close, pushing him against the counter.

I kissed his lips, down his neck.
Dabi's phone rang, Keigo.

"Hey Hawks," I said, picking up.

I was in the mood to embarrass Dabi a bit.

"Did you take up on our offer?" I asked, I heard him sigh through the phone.

I pressed my leg in between, silently kissing Dabi's neck.
"I'm thinking about it, but don't get your hopes up too much," Keigo responded.
I chuckled, Dabi muffling his voice with his sleeve desperately.

"What are you guys up to this weekend?" Keigo asked, I heard Dabi's breath hitch as I left a mark on his neck.

"I'm not sure, are we doing anything Dabi?" I turned my focus entirely to the breathless Dabi.

He saw the almost sadistic look in my eyes.
Dabi thought up a fast response to avoid embarrassing himself.

He opened his mouth to respond.
I moved my hand down, feeling Dabi panic as I distracted him.

"N-No-" A noise escaped his lips.
He turned red and glared at me.

I kissed his lips and hit 'unmute' on the phone.
"Sorry I didn't realize I muted myself, he said no.

Do you have any plans?" I asked Keigo.

"I just wanted to invite you to my place, nothing fancy" Keigo admitted, I agreed we'd be there.

We hung up and Dabi turned to hold me in place against the counter.

"I'm gonna kill you." Dabi bluntly stated.

"You can try," I joked, his low growly voice by my ear.

"You should take me more seriously. Little mouse~" he threatened.

I wouldn't let him put me in my place like the stereotypes.
I pulled him closer to me.

"I take you serious, but don't think I'll roll over and take it when you get rough" I told him, I wasn't some push over.

He kissed my neck.

"Of course, that's what keeps this relationship afloat" he explained, saying I would have left him if he thought he had some unrealistic power over me.

I wrapped my arms around his neck.

Drawing our faces close.
I kissed the tip of his nose.

I then told him to close his eyes, I held a croissant and put it in his mouth.

"You earned it," I teased, he chuckled.
We finished our late breakfast.
