After hours and hours of fighting, Tony was the last one standing. Thanos stood above him, laughing.
"You thought you could beat me." Thanos laughed. He turned and began to walk away. Tony crawled over to Loki, who was barely breathing.
"Come on baby... wake up," Tony said softly and shook him. Loki gasped and opened his eyes wide.
"You... could've... saved... me..." Loki coughed, his voice weak. Tony's eyes teared up, he wasn't going to give up. He stood up, barely able to support himself.
"H-Hey!" Tony yelled. Thanos turned to look at him. Tony took one final look at Loki, tears streaming down his face.
"I-I'll give you the universe baby..." Tony said before powering up his suit. All of the power went straight out of his chest. Down Thanos went, Tony followed. His body fell next to Loki's.
"B-Babe...?" Loki looked at Tony. His suit was smoking, the reactor light dimmed. Loki grabbed his hand and held it to his chest. He couldn't scream for help, he couldn't get up, he was too weak.
"Th-Thor... help..." Loki cried, his voice was soft but if one person could save him, it was Thor. The skies filled with lightning.
"Brother," Thor said. He kneeled down next to Loki. Blood streamed down his face.
"H-help..." Loki cried, still holding Tony's hand. He wasn't going to let go. Thor nodded and lifted his hammer into the air.
"Let go brother," Thor said.
"N-No... I'll never let go again..." Loki cried. Thor wasn't going to argue, now wasn't the time. Thor brought the hammer down and put it against his chest. Loki never let go of his hand, even when the electricity went surging through his body. The light was so bright, the pain was too much.
Everything faded to black.
