"Soft"

Minho waves goodbye to the child holding his mom's hand, the toddler waves back shy as he holds his plushie tighter. Ever since he started working as part of the pediatric department, he doesn't just run tests and surgeries for infants, he's also usually asked to help in normal check outs. And honestly, Minho doesn't mind. He loves to spend time with kids and cheer them up if they feel bad or nervous.

"Next patient" the brunette mumbles reading the paper "Roseanne.. Bang" he chuckles turning around.

There's Felix smiling widely and holding his cute daughter, who's wearing a very lovely floral pink dress and a small flower of her hair, "Hi, hyung" Felix giggles excited "Say hi to uncle Minho, Rosie. Hi, hi" the baby cutely waves her chubby hand as she giggles.

"Hi, cutie" Minho waves back at her "Aren't you the loveliest girl in the whole world?" Rosé giggles, shyly turning her head to try and hide.

"Yes, she is" Felix answers all whipped as he gets inside the room.

"What brings you here today, Felix?" the elder wonders as he closes the door to avoid the noice and give the usual privacy for the patients.

"Just a checkup, actually" the freckled male answers, sitting on the bed with Roseanne on his legs "She got sick a few days ago and we wanna make sure she's alright"

"How old is she?" Minho smiles at the toddler as she gently grabs his finger.

"9 months!" a very proud Felix almost shouts, earning Roseanne to let go of Minho so she can clap excited "Yess" Felix gently moves her as if she's dancing.

"Stomachache?" the doctor asks while checking for her vital signs with his stethoscope. Roseanne stays still as she just stares at Minho's face.

"Yes! She was crying a lot" Felix's worried face says it all "It was awful"

"And how has she been feeling lately?" Minho gently places a thermometer under her arm and holds her still until it beeps.

"Better! At least she hasn't cried or anything but I'm scared it could be something really bad"

"It's alright" Minho checks the thermometer after removing it from the baby "She looks perfectly fine. Temperature, vital signs and she isn't complaining. She's actually extremely lively"

"Well, I was the one who gave the sperm to make this chubby thing" Roseanne looks up at Felix "Of course she is lively! She even has freckles" the baby just smiles, she doesn't know what's happening but damn she loves attention.

"Please don't let Chan do it for your next child"

Felix scoffs, "I don't want a mini Chan staring at me like judging but low key loving me. Too much, no no"

Minho chuckles, "Alright, pretty baby" Rosé turns her head to stare at Minho "What happened to you a few days ago? Did this cute tummy hurt a lot?" he cutely tickles her belly, making her laugh and open her arms happy.

"We think it was something she ate" Felix gently places a kiss on her head.

"Well" the elder starts writing on the notebook he usually carries inside his coat "You know babies need to have a certain diet, Felix. It's important she eats food for her age and not what we usually eat. Plus, veggies are important too"
