Chapter 11

Next-Day at the dinner table,

"All the information told by Jiyang was a lie, There is no home which belonged to Jiyang," two bodyguards informed who were asked by Haoxuan to check the veracity of the story Jiyang told them. (see chapter 6 for that in case you missed that) 

Li Bowen, "I never knew he would lie to us like this he looked so innocent," 

Yibo, "We should never trust a human," 

"What the hell!! I should have snapped his neck," Xiao Zhan fumed; his fangs lengthening and eyes turning red.

"Stop guarding him and kill him if he tries to approach anyone of us," Wang Haoxuan commanded the bodyguards.

The two bodyguards nodded and left.

Suddenly there was a doorbell heard. The servant opened the door and greeted the man who was at the door; it was Fan Yize.

Fan Yize was the old man's best friend and was of a similar age as him; he didn't look that old as the old man looked. He was a person of jovial nature.

"Hi, Fan Yize welcome," the old man beamed and hugged him tightly.

"Good Evening," the four vampires bowed their heads and greeted him.

"Please come join us for the dinner," Li Bowen suggested to which Fan Yize smiled and grabbed the seat next to the old man.

Few Moments into the dinner,

"So, I heard that Wang Haoxuan got involved with a doppelganger, Is that true?" Fan Yize queried breaking the silence.

"the old man must have told him, this grumpy old man," Xiao Zhan huffed and continued eating.

Haoxuan kept quiet so the old man replied, "It's all ok now,"

"If you would not have chimed in maybe Haoxuan would have been a dad by now," Fan Yize laughed whereas the other vampires(except Haoxuan) almost choked on their food.

"I would have killed that baby and that bloody doppelganger," Haoxuan grunted and stood up.

"I am going to sleep now," Haoxuan bowed his head and walked to his room.

"Did he really fell in love with that doppelganger?" Fan Yize queried; gaze shifting to Li Bowen.

Li Bowen took a deep sigh and replied, "I don't think so Haoxuan can fall in love so easily but maybe got a little bit attached to him but now that he knows the truth he will not forgive him,"

"I am so sad for Haoxuan and at the same time I feel like killing that doppelganger who fooled us and I thought he considered us as our friends," Xiao Zhan fumed.

"That's why I always tell you not to trust these humans that easily, The humans of this generation are not what people used to be earlier," Yibo lectured Xiao Zhan.

"Maybe you are right," he sighed and murmured,"I will kill if I see him."

"Just pray I never see your face," Haoxuan fumed as he burnt Jiyangs belongings which had become a part of his wardrobe (Haoxuan's clothes which he used to wear, and his used bedsheets which had his body fragrance still intact).

On the other side,

Jiyang wrenched opened the medicine cabinet for the most powerful of the drugs doctor prescribed for his stomach ache and slammed the cabinet shut.

"What happened?" Yu Bin gazed at Jiyang who stood pale and stricken.

"Doctor gave him medicine to make him well, but poor Jiyang did not get well." Jiang Cheng replied.

"This is so annoying guys, I feel stomach cramps every now then, I did all the workouts the gym guy told me to fix my bloating, I did every test that the doctor recommended but it's still not improving, It is really a heart-wrenching pain, dying is better than this, " Jiyang groaned and sat down on the floor his head ducked between his knees.

Cheng and Yu Bin stood up and comforted him, "You will be fine Jiyang don't worry!!"

"I think I would die one day," Jiyang blubbered and fell asleep on Yu Bin's shoulder.

"Glad he fell asleep, Just put him on the bed," Jiang Cheng said and they both covered him with the blanket and walked out of the room.

Outside the room,

Yu Bin, "He looks pale lying on the sheets like a limp doll. What is happening to him?" 

"I really don't know what is happening to him, I am really worried myself," Jiang Cheng fretted.

"Wait!!" Yu Bin gasped, "He was involved with those vampires right?"

"yes!! What do you mean by that?" Jiang Cheng queried looking at him intently.

Yu Bin, "I know this may sound silly but can a vampire impregnate a human?" 

"Are you stupid? How can a guy be impregnated?" Jiang Cheng chided and smacked on his head.

"Ouch!" Yu Bin yelped. "I was just saying!"

"Stupid!!" Jiang said, "Let's go back now before Jiyang wakes up."

Back to the room,

"Jiyang!!" Yu Bin gasped and ran towards the washroom where Jiyang was hugging the porcelain god.

He caught him before his back could touch the floor.

"He is vomiting blood, let's take him to the hospital immediately," Jiang Cheng fretted and left for the hospital.

"Yu Bin!! Just kill me, I can't take this anymore," Jiyang said wearily and fainted.
