Deiry went on my direction with a small smile plastered on her face walking with Ivory.. “She said sorry,” I was stunned upon hearing that. “You can talk, closure maybe.” Then went on Gremory's place.
We're alone now in this side. Ivory is staring me intently and a drop of tear fell on her eye. “I'm sorry..” That's the first words she uttered. “For leaving you, for everything..” I bit my lower lip. “Rossweisse, you'll be forever engraved on my heart..” Her tears began to fall. “I-I'm so thankful for meeting you.. I.. I-I came from a realization that we can't bring the past anymore.. How I wish you're still mine..” I close my eyes when she held my face, caressing it. “I.. I'm now giving up, I hope we can still be friends.. Don't worry, I won't do anything stupid anymore..”
I paid her tears with a smile. “You too, Ivory.. I'm sorry for everything.. You're my first young love, always remember that. ” The fear, confusion, anger vanished. When realization hits you everything will be clear and by accepting the truth. Everything will be on your favor. “We can still be friends.. Don't worry if you want anything or having any trouble I'm willing to help..”
For the last time Ivory gave me her sweetest, purest and angelic smile that she always wore in the past. “I'll keep that in mind..” And hugged each other again, for the last time.
The sun had set. Darkness swallowed us five with a smile and contentment and that's the important thing..

Everything went to normal, no seduction no more. This is good, I sighed. Today is Galatea's father case trial. Month passed, I remember that Ivory really kept her words. After that night we became civil towards each other. No hard feelings or any grudge.
Deiry and I are going strong, our fourth anniversary is approaching. Ano kayang magandang regalo ang ibibigay ko sakanya? I smirked, regaluhan ko nalang kaya ng bata? I shooked my head again, huwag na baka iburol na ako kinabukasan kapag nagkataon.
The atmosphere inside the trial court was heavy, Galatea's been emotionless staring at the other side. I know the feeling of fighting against your family, it turns out that her Tita Angelica was the master mind for his father's death. On the other hand Xerxes doing his job excellently, I can cleay see the smirked on hi lips while grilling and toasting the other attorney. Saying no one can beat him, he's determine ever since. That's why he chose Law.
Napahiyaw kami ni Shermaneous ng tuluyang makapagdecide ang judge. Wala akong alam sa batas, batas na iyan pero ang tanging naiintindihan ko'y mabibigyan na ng hustisya si Mang Generoso. Umiiyak na niyakap at nagpasalamat sa aming lahat si Galatea. “Congrats, sa wakas..” I said while hugging her.
“T-Thank you,” anito at si Shermaneous naman ang niyakap.
Masaya ako para sakanya at para sa kaibigan ko sa wakas nakuha niya na rin ang matagal na niyang pinaghirapan. Galatea wasn't the one who's been wrecked, Xerxes also. Kung doble ang sakit kay Galatea, triple non ang kay Xerxes. Muntikan pa itong magpakamatay dati at araw-araw naming dinadalaw sa hospital. I shooked my head, it was a rough experience for our friendship. But now, it was all worth it. Sana lang ay maging sila na.
The perfect weather wa slowly vanishing and a dark clouds were surrounding the sky, it was a morped raging storm. I guess. Walking away I slowly took my phone out to check the company after that I received numerous calls from Deiry which astounding.
“Hello?” Bungad ko sa call. “May problema ba?” I asked, I heard her sighed. This past few days she seems to be so problematic. I can't even tease or mock her. “Dei?”
[“Ross.. Can we.. Can we talk personally?”]
My brows arched, “why?” I have a bad feeling about this talk. I can feel it.
[“I received a email, Ross.. I.. I wanted to talk about it personally to avoid misunderstanding..”]
Her voice quiver like she's really nervous at some thing. “Dei, you can say it over the phone. I'll surely understand it, hindi ka rin naman choppy. What about the email?”
[“Ross, I received an invitation to work for the Pharmaceutical Company on New York..”]
I couldn't breathe properly upon hearing that news. I was shocked that left my mouth hanged open. “D-Did you accepted it?” I hastily asked. So, she will be away from me? New York is far away from here, she told me she wouldn't leave me and Deiry promised.
[“I.. I... You know it's my dream right? Ever since I graduated as chemical engineer I always wanted to work overseas.."]
I bitterly smiled, so she has plans to accept it. “Iiwan mo rin ako, huh? ” I laughed sarcastically. “Where's the I won't leave you, now?”
[“Rossweisse, hear me out. You're being selfish––”]
“Of course I'm selfish! Because you promise me! You told me!” I raised my voice at her, I can hear her hard breathing.
[“You don't understand! I won't leave you, I'll just work overseas and fulfill my dream! Babalik naman ako sayo besides there's what they call LDR!”]
Trying to clear my head I closed my eyes this argument is draining me. “You promised.” That's all I could say, the flashback aggravated the situation. It was all coming back, the fear of how Ivory left me without words, my papa left us while my mother is begging, my mom got hospitalized and nearly leaving me all alone and my siblings.
What's wrong with me? Why they're leaving me all of a sudden? Did I do stupid things for them to leave? Am I awful to be with?
[“Ross. Just hear me out..”]
Her voice wasn't pleading, it was full of authorization typical Deiry that made me irritated. “At saka nalang tayo mag-usap.” Then ended the call.
I don't want to ruin what we have now because of my reckless and impulsive things that I'll regret at the end. Leaving, getting left behind how I hate that topic.
Entering my car I hit my head in the steering wheel. I became deaf on the sound of my phone ringing. I can't talk, I don't want to talk. Deiry's right, I am so selfish. Igniting the engine I started to maneuver it to the company's address.
Finally I reached the building safely not getting into any accidents because I'm going insane. I thought I can relax inside but I was wrong. Staff were panicking, shouting at fear and that's what welcomed me.
“Sir! May nagpapakamatay sa roof top! Sir! Si ma'am Ivory nasa itaas!” I frozed.
