3ʀᴅ ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴ Fᴇʙᴜᴀʀʏ 14ᴛʜ 2021 Bᴀᴛᴏɴ ʀᴏᴜɢᴇ ʟᴀ ------------------------------------------- "happy valentine's day" macei said walking into her moms room "happy valentine's day macei k" jania said "we got kaceykk and macei k" kentrell said "yup" macei said laying in between them on the bed "what are we doing to day" macei asked "i hop and then i'm dropping kacey off with nana because she wants to spend valentine's day with him and you and mykel can do whatever" my mom said "you letting me get in his car?" i asked smiling "you going to kill our daughter jania" kentrell said laughing macei and jania stared at him "what y'all looking at?" kentell said smiling "you just referred to macei as your daughter" jania said smiling "she might as well be my daughter" he said "yeah pops" macei said joking around
"brooke" macei said while putting her arm around brooke shoulder "what you want macei" she said "who you spending valentine's day with" macei said smirking "nobody" she said looking to the side "girl stop lying" macei said laughing "macei don't be in her business" jania said "yeah don't do that" brooklyn said "mhm" macei said smiling
as everyone was seated at their tables macei and mykel has their own since the adults think they need to talk alone with kids since kacey is already dropped of at janias moms house.
"what you think about" mykel asked the 14 year old girl that was staring out the window "nothing much me and kaceys lulu is in the hospital so i've been kinda thinking about that" macei said shrugging but looked back at mykel "what have you been up to" macei said "driving" he said "i bet you are" macei said "i can't wait to get my own car" macei said almost day dreaming about it "you know how to drive?" mykel asked the girl "yup let me drive yours" macei said smirking "nooo mine is to fast" he said "i drove macs lamborghini" macei said shrugging - "alright everybody be back at jania house before 7" brooklyn said "yes ma'am" mykel said to his mother "we should go home stuff is more fun at night" mykel said "okay wake me up when we get there" macei said laying her head on the window - Mᴀᴄᴇɪ ᴘᴏᴠ ————————— "they really did everything they could?" i heard my mom yell i didn't pay attention she always yells i checked the time and it read 4:00pm i realized that i was just in mykels car and now i'm in my bed i continued to lay down till kentrell came in my room "macei" kentrell "yes" i asked "your lulu passed away" kentrell said my world stopped world i tuned out everything till i heard the door shut i cried myself back to sleep knowing that my valentine's day was completely ruined. - i was sitting on the couch on my phone looking at all the photos of me and my grandmother "hey nene it's okay babe" i heard brooklyn say i looked and saw mykel and jania exchanging hugs he then walked over to me and held his arms out "i know you wanna be picked up" he said cracking a small smile which made me smile a little bit. i stood up on the couch then i put my arms around his neck and put my face on his shoulder as he warp his arms around my back we stayed there for a minute until he picked me up.
i laid down in his lap with my arms around his waist with my face hiding in his stomach and i let my tears flow. my great grandmother was the first one that called us soulmates. flashback~
november 1st 2011 3rd person "mykel i wanna see the birds" young macei said tapping her bestfriends shoulder they were at the zoo for maceis birthday "okay get infront of me i'll pick you up" mykel said smiling "okay" macei said smiling back as she got infront of mykel as he bent down a little bit and wrapped his arms around maceis stomach and lifted her up "can you see them mae mae?" mykel yes "yes thank you mykel" macei said smiling mean while jania was talking to her grand mother "they are soulmates and they don't even know it yet" janias grandmothers said. flashback ended~
i started sobbing i bit harder "it's ok macei" mykel said "she loves you and she's in a better place" mykel said as he brought me up and hugged me - "y'all going to be okay i promise" brooklyn said while we were all sitting down for dinner "let's brighten up the mood" my mom said grabbing her speaker and play kentrells music "macei you know you want to smile" mykel said pushing my head "whatever i'm going to go make my plate" i said getting up smiling - "this year going by fast" brooklyn said "i know january went by slow but february is going by fast" i said "facts" mykel said "my and macei about to make a youtube video outside" mykel said grabbing my hand and taking me to the door "be careful it's dark outside!" my mom yelled "okay" we yelled back "we really making a youtube video?" i asked "nope" he said laughing "but there is one thing i wanted to tell you about because it felt wrong if i didn't tell you" mykel said looking down at the ground "say it" i said "me and asya are official" he said "o-oh okay i mean if your happy" i said shrugging my shoulders "yup" he said i swayed back in fourth on my feet "well okay i'm going to go back inside" i said turning around going into the house trying to put 2 and 2 together.
