Chapter 8

Zhonglis pov

I laid in bed sighing I felt like I was missing something since Childe started to ignore us I've been so lonely it hurt my chest I rolled around Xiao came in and laid beside me I looked at him "Maybe I wanna be with him.. it hurts" He hugged me I closed my eyes 

I got up in the middle of the night being careful not to wake Xiao up I walked downstairs I got out to the car I drove off to Childes house I felt like crying I bit my lip as I drove into his driveway I turned off the car and walked over to the door I knocked still biting my lip Childe opened the door yawning "C-Childe" I hugged him tightly he stood there he didn't hug me back "You're bleeding" I hugged him tighter he sighed and made me let go "Come in you idiot" I had blood running down my chin he sat me down and walked away I sat there wiping the blood he came back and flicked my head "O-ouch" He wiped the blood I put my head on his shoulder "I love you" He hugged me tightly I hugged him back he kissed my cheek "I love you too.." I blushed and kissed his shoulder "Don't ignore me again.. or Xiao he was sad enough to cuddle with me and only me it was weird" Childe laughed a bit "I'm sorry.." I closed my eyes and yawned "Zhongli.. why don't we start dating" I smiled a bit and looked at him "Yeah.. let's do that then you can live at my house" He shook his head and laughed "You really want me to?" I nodded and kisses his head "It's so lonely without you"

Childes pov

I ended up moving in with them a month after Xiao was embarrassed about everything even walking around the house shirtless which he did a lot before I moved in when Venti came over they hung out in his room instead of with me and Zhongli 

I knocked on Xiaos door "Go away we are doing something!" He had Venti over so I knocked again "What are you doing?" I heard Xiao get up and walk over to the door he opened it a bit "Go away Childe" He tried to shut the door but I stuck my hand between it he slammed it I groaned in pain I just walked away he shut his door I went downstairs and put ice on my hand it was really red and started to bruise Zhongli walked into the house holding food I looked at him hiding my hand "What's wrong?" I smiled and walked over to him I kissed him "Nothing.. how was your drive?" He walked into the kitchen putting the food down "What happened? Childe I'm not stupid" I sighed and showed him my hand "I just slammed it in a door on accident" He kissed my forehead "Idiot.." I laughed a bit I looked away "I'm gonna go lay down upstairs I'm not hungry right now.. just like put it somewhere" He nodded "Okay.. Boys!" He yelled up at them I started to walk upstairs Xiao walked past me Venti did as well but he noticed my hand "A-are you okay?" He pulled me upstairs faster then how I was walk "I'm okay" He sat me down on my bed "Did Xiao do this?" I nodded a bit "But it's okay it's nothing really"

I laid there closing my eyes my hand hurt so bad I heard someone walk in I didn't bother moving "I'm sorry.." It was Xiao I sighed "Good you should be.." He didn't say anything else he just walked out

After that anytime I was invited to do something when Xiao was around I said no one night I went to go check up on him he was crying..  Xiao was crying I heart sunk into my stomach I felt so bad I walked in sitting on his bed "If you're here to tell me you are leaving do it because Zhongli doesn't deserve you.. he deserves someone that will love us both.. and that's clearly not you" I sat there sighing "You want me gone?" He sniffed and hugged his pillow "Yes I do.." I got up and ruffled his hair "Okay then" I walked out rubbing my face Zhongli was standing there he hugged me tightly I stood there he picked me up and took me to our room "I think I'm gonna stay at my moms for a bit" Zhongli kissed my head "Okay.. I'll talk to Xiao" I leaned on him I took out my phone and called my mom she understood I then called Jean telling her I need a break with she told me she'd find a sub for my class 

Xiaos pov

I texted Venti asking if I could spend the night at his place he said I could and that his mom would come pick me up I got up and packed a bag once I finished I walked out seeing Zhongli "I'm going to Ventis" He just nodded and walked away 

When I got home the next morning I walked through the door Zhongli was sitting on the couch "Childe when is Teucer coming over?!" I yelled upstairs "Xiao.. he left last night while I was asleep.. What did you say to him?" I looked at Zhongli he seemed really sad "H-huh.." I stood there looking at him "W-wait h..he left?" Zhongli looked away "Yeah.. he did what did you say to him Xiao?" I looked down "I told him.. to leave because you didn't deserve him" I walked over to him hugging him he didn't say anything "I'm sorry" He slowly hugged me back 

It's been almost 2 weeks since Childe left Zhongli only got out of bed to go to work he seemed so sad it was my fault I sat in bed on my phone I texted Childe to come back I told him that Zhongli really needed him and that he would barely leave bed Childe left me on read I threw my phone across my room I hugged my legs "Fuck you.."
