Ch. 4 "Calm"

                                                    Kylie POV 

"Now Kylie I want you to relax for me okay?" Bruce said as He stuck all sorts of wires to my face forehead, chest, arms 

I nodded, 

I looked at Loki worried, and he simply just nodded as he smiled at me, 

Bruce hit a button on the machine, 

He and Loki were looking at the machine, 

"Is that normal?" Loki asked 

"Not at all," Bruce said 

I looked at them worried, 

"It is alright," Loki said smiling at me reassuring me, 

"FRIDAY get Tony down here," Bruce said 

"Of course sir," The voice said 

I looked around for the source but I see no one, 

"That is FRIDAY the AI," Bruce said smiling at me, 

I nodded,

Then a man with dark hair and dark eyes walked in, he had something glowing under his shirt, 

"What seems to be the problem?" Tony said 

"Look at this," Bruce said 

Tony walked over to the machine, 

Tony's eyes widen, 

"Are you sure it's not the machine?" Tony asked 

"We could try another machine," Tony said 

Bruce nodded so after switching and reapplying the wires, they were staring at the machine, 

"Okay so not the machine," Tony said 

"What's wrong?" I asked quietly 

I was starting to get nervous, 

"Well firecracker you temperature is over 400 degrees, which is far from normal," Tony said 

I looked at him a little confused, yeah I'm a kid I have no idea what that means, I thought 

As if Loki read my thoughts he smiled at me and turned to Tony, 

"I think she needs a better explanation Man of Iron," Loki said 

"Okay, so a normal temperature is normally between 97 or 98 degrees, your Temperature is 400, if that were me or Bruce our insides would have liquified," Tony said 

"Liquified?" I said tilting my head, 

"Melted firefly, Melted," Loki said smiling down at me, 

"If it is alright with you I would like to take a sample of blood from you," Tony said 

I gulped, 

"Will it hurt?" I asked nervously 

"Just a little pinch I promise," Tony said smiling at me,

He put some gloves on and grabbed some supplies, 

"Give me your arm please," Bruce said 

Tony was handing him the supplies Bruce needed to take my blood, 

"Now a small pinch," Bruce said 

I closed my eyes, 

"Well that's a problem," Tony said 

I looked at the needle it melted, 

"I guess we have our work cut out for us, first things first we need to create equipment that doesn't melt on contact with you," Tony said 

I was nervous, 

I looked at Loki who simply just smiled down at me, and that gesture alone somehow calms me down, 

"I'm guessing from the results of the needle you are hot blooded," Tony said smirking, 

"Really Tony?" Bruce said 

"What that was a good one," Tony said 

"I'm sorry I do not understand?" Loki said 

Me neither I thought 

"Anyway, until we figure this out just be careful okay," Bruce said looking at me, 

I nodded, 

I hopped off the table, 

Loki held out his hand, and I took it, 

"Come you must be hungry," Loki said smiling down at me,
