"Y/N! Vinnie is here!"

Melody shouted from downstairs.

"Give me a second!" I replied while slipping on my white heels.

I grabbed my plain black purse and began to speed walk down the stairs, slightly rolling my ankle every five seconds due to the heels. I was wearing a blue short dress that tied up around my neck and exposed my back.

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow," I say to Melody as I lean in to give her a hug. "Thank you for helping me," I softly speak.

"Anytime! I'm gonna finish decorating you're lounge room and then I will lock up and head home. Have a good night beautiful!" She says with enthusiasm.

I give her a small wave and head towards the front door. I open it to see Vinnie with his curly hair sitting messily, a white button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, black pants and some white sneakers. His usual silver jewellery compliments his look.

"Wow, you look, wow," Vinnie stumbles over his words as he rakes his eyes up and down my body.

"Uh, thanks I guess?" I say with sarcasm and a giggle. "You don't look to bad yourself."

He grabs my hand and places a gentle kiss on the back of it.

"Now that my tongues no longer tied, would you like to go on this date," He said with a posh accent and a laugh.

We head to his car and he opens the passenger door for me. I thank him and get in. He closes the door behind me and makes his way to the drivers seat.

"So where are we going?" I ask, excitement running through my veins.

"You'll see," He replies with a smirk as he quickly diverts his attention from the road to me.

I let out a groan and sit back into my chair. I'm not too fond of surprises.

After twenty minutes of driving, we pull up in front of a cute little restaurant that displays stunning scenery of the beach. It seemed so perfect, the place wasn't too fancy but I also didn't feel like I was overdressed.

"This place is beautiful," I gasp as I look out the window towards the restaurant.

"I know, I thought you might like it," Vinnie says and I could tell, without even looking, he had a proud smile on his face.

Vinnie jumped out of the car and ran around to the passenger side to open the door before I got the chance to. I got out and Vinnie shut the door and locked the car. He grabbed me by the waist and pulled me into his side as we walked up to the building.

"Reservation for Hacker," Vinnie said to the older man who was at the counter.

"Number 46, just out the back there on the deck and to you're right. Have a lovely evening you two," The man replied with a cheery tone.

"Thank you," I said to him and Vinnie and I continued walking to our table.

"Oh my god, dinner and a nice view," I gasped.

Vinnie looked at me with smile as we separated and sat across the table from each other.

"I was talking about you by the way," I added while i smirked and lifted up my menu.

Vinnie looked at me shocked and then leaned back, folded his arms and replied, "Smooth one Miss L/N."

We laughed and Vinnie then picked up his menu. We shared conversation back and forth, ordered our food and continued to converse some more. The food came and we began to eat.

"This is so good," I enthused after I ate a piece of food.

Vinnie just laughed at me. I felt sauce on my lip so I looked Vinnie directly in the eyes and swiped my thumb over my lip. He let out a small whimper and I looked at him questionably. I laughed at his small embarrassment.

"That was just mean," he grumbled while he looked down at the food he was about to eat.

I let out another laugh and he soon joined with me. We talked some more while eating dinner and then we decided to leave the restaurant.

"I'm paying," Vinnie demanded.

"No me," I shot back.

"Not a chance, I asked you to come on a date with me, I pay," He finished and I accepted defeat.

I sighed and cuddled further into Vinnie's side as we walked out of the restaurant. As we walked along the pathway towards the car, I looked up at Vinnie who was looking straight forward. I admired his jawline and facial features. He was really just sculpted by God. He must have felt my stare because he looked right back at me and smirked. My face began to heat up from embarrassment and I looked down at the ground. Vinnie moved his head closer to my ear and whispered, "You look cute when you're embarrassed."

I could have sworn that I was on fire by this point.

We had been driving for the last twenty minutes and we finally arrived back at my house. Vinnie looked absolutely tired and so was I so I offered him a place to stay for the night.

"Are you sure?" He asked.

I simply nodded and he got out of his car, locked it and we walked up to my front door. We got inside and I made sure the house was locked up before we went upstairs. I grabbed Vinnie a pair of purgatory sweatpants that were large on me and I grabbed out some clothes for myself.

"I'll go to the bathroom to get changed and you can just change in here," I told him as I walked to the bathroom to remove my makeup and get changed.

Once we both were done we jumped into bed next to each other and drifted off to sleep.

The sun shone in my eyes and I slowly opened them. Vinnie's eyes fluttered open soon after. We had ended up cuddling, my head was buried into the crook of his neck and his arms were wrapped around my body as if I would disappear if he let go.

"Good morning," He said, the raspiness of his voice made me swoon.

"Morning," I replied.

Vinnie examined our current sleeping situation and said, "we would make a pretty good couple."

I looked up at him and smiled.

"I could get used to waking up next to you actually," I replied followed with a yawn.

He pulled me in closer, if that was even possible and we lay in a comfortable silence and drifted back to sleep.
