Not many people will understand
The struggles and sacrifices I have made
To better myself for a stable future
Not hanging out with friends
Spending hours and hours
Daily, nightly, weekly
Just to finish my work
The tired nights
The loneliness
The pain
The uncertainty that I was gonna make it
...
Now
I can finally say
I know I'm gonna make it
Everything seems to finally be in place
My heart has found its partner
And it's never letting go
My financial future is becoming secured with each passing day
The work and the school are at their ends
Enjoyment is now a regular part of my life
I am so close to making it to 22 years of my life
...
And I am loving every bit of it
I have made it this far
And I know I can keep going
Because now it is finally time
I am finally
Moving on
