As an author, you of course want to be good/at least decent in all aspects, but there's always that one that stands out. For example, I've found that I'm particularly good at writing emotional scenes, especially ones having to do with panic attacks. A friend of mine is excellent at writing romance scenes.

We all have different strong suits and there's nothing wrong with admitting it. Find your strong suit and writing will become a bit easier.

Now, I'm not saying to always write whatever your strong suit is, but when you do write it, it will come more naturally. That being said, you might want to pay closer attention to writing aspects that do not come as naturally to you, as those areas could be lacking in your writing, turning potential readers away from your book.
