"Miley, can you get Hazel's bottle out of the fridge for me?" I asked my bestfriend as I changed my baby girls diaper.

"Sure." Miley stood up and went to get the bottle. I looked down at Hazel who was chewing on a teething toy she looked up at me and smiled completely melting my heart. I tickled under her chin making her erupt into a fit of giggles.

"Here you go." Miley handed me the bottle and I thanked her. I picked Hazel up and handed her the bottle. I held up the end but she mostly held it by herself. She was only 9 months old so she still needed some help.

I looked over at Miley who was flipping through wedding catalogs. She was getting married to my brother in a couple of months. I'm extremely happy for them because I know they're in love but I don't understand how she puts up with him.

"Hi sweetheart ." Michael came up behind her and kissed her cheek. She grinned and turned to kiss his lips.

"Ugh, baby in the room. Keep it rated G." I said playfully and covered Hazel's eyes. They both rolled their eyes and he sat down next to her by the coffee table.

Miley and Michael were honestly amazing. When I first found out I was pregnant, I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep the baby. I didn't want that constant reminder that he left me alone. But they helped me more than I could ever repay them. They love helping me take care of her and I couldn't have asked for a better brother and soon to be sister in law. Plus, the minute I laid my eyes on my little Hazel Bazel, I fell in love.

Miley has been my bestfriend since we learned how to walk. Our moms were bestfriends so it was only fitting that we were too. Michael was only a year older than us but I knew he'd always had a crush on Miley. It was kind of hilarious how he followed after her like a lost puppy. They started dating when they both went to the same college and he finally asked her out.

Now here we are, Miley and I are 28 and Michael is 29 and they're getting married in less that three months.

I looked down at Hazel who finished her bottle. I set her in her bouncer next to Michael and went into the kitchen to rinse it out and let it dry.

"So, how much more do you guys have to do for the wedding?" I asked as I walked back in. I smiled when I saw Hazel pinching Michaels cheeks. I love the relationship my brother has with my daughter. He loves her more than anyone, besides me obviously. She's definitely got a little attachment issue when it comes to him and it's hilarious when she cries because he has to leave and go home to his own house.

"Well, besides getting my dress and his tux in a couple of weeks, we still don't know where we're gonna hold the reception." Miley told me. "I'm meeting up with Olivia in a couple of hours to discuss the catering and stuff."

Olivia is honestly the nicest women I've ever met. But, she's Connors mom. Yep that's right. My fiancé that left for the military without telling me until the day of. I still talk to her and go to her house all the time. She knows about Hazel because I didn't want to deprive her of meeting her granddaughter. She too fell in love with Hazel the minute she met her.

"Well, I've got to go down to Tommy's to talk about my set on Friday. I'm probably just gonna bring Hazel with me, she likes going on car rides." I said. Tommy's was a local bar/diner that everybody in town went to. I usually play gigs down there because it pays good and I know the people I'm playing for. Singing and playing the guitar there is what's kept Hazel and I financially stable. I work at a local shop part time whenever I can.

"I can take Hazel with me." Michael suggested. I gave him a 'really' look. "What? Everyone down at the yards love her."

"Michael, last time Hazel came back smelling like booze. No way." I shook my head.
