ok so the julia method is not that hard

Ok so, you can be any position and meditate before it will make your shifting a little bit helpful.
Then you would say affirmations in your head like i am shifting or i had shifted and ect.
And you would want to say that until you get symtoms. (like dizzyness or disconnect and ect.)
Then you would count 0-100 and you can take your time. 
And when you finish your going to say like other affirmations like My name is (your name) and im shifting to hogwarts (or wherever your shifting to.) 
Then you do that till you feel like disconnected like leaving your body? 
Then you would vizualized that your in your desrired reality. And i know that some people is bad a vizulizing or can't do it at all. So you can use your five senses. Like what you would smell or hear or eat when you shift. 
Then it would feel like your surroundings changing. So if you script that you smell something or hear something then you can open your eyes or you might have scripted that your eyes automatically open.
