In episode 18 of KUWTK it is said that it is difficult for Nova to have children because of an improper uterus. Her family would want to know that the couple would be pregnant, but have no idea about a secret pregnancy. When her sisters pass her they get an annoyed Nova in response. "I said I didn't want this just because it is difficult for me. Martijn and I would have liked this, "she explains to her sisters. "Sorry I didn't' say anything about but it hurted a lot. I wanted to have a bath and now it's just harder to have a baby," she explained further to her sisters in the episode. It looks the couple is really struggling with the news they just got.
