It was an hour or two after the couple had fallen back asleep when Sebastian walked in.
Sebastian POV
I walk into my master's room to see him, and Lady Elizabeth cuddled up in a warm loving embrace.
When I walked up close to the bed, I noticed that master Ciel was shirtless which could only mean he didn't have anything else on as his night clothing was an all in one.
It took me a moment to figure out what had truly happened. When I had realised that Master must have gotten a morning surprise from Lady Elizabeth a smirk crossed my face.
Normal POV
Sebastian gently nudged Ciel awake. He's always been a light sleeper thought Sebastian as his master awoke from his slumber.
"Morning young master, Happy birthday" said Sebastian as Ciel sat up giving Sebastian the usual 'Why the fuck you wake me up?' Look he does every morning.
