Since Hermione was training the whole day, Draco decided to complete his Christmas shopping, he wanted to find something beautiful for Hermione

Which was harder than he thought

He was browsing through a jewelry store when he bumped into someone

"I'm sorry" he apologized and looked up to see who he's bumped into

"It's alright son" the woman told him gently, she looked down and saw the bracelets he was looking at

"For a special someone?" She smiled

Draco blushed slightly and looked down

"Yes, although I doubt she thinks the same way about me"

"What is she like?" She asked

"She has a big heart, she speaks up for things that don't have a voice for themselves, she's bloody stubborn and never let's anyone walk over her, and she's so beautiful, she had boys falling for her at school but never noticed because her nose was always stuck in a book" he chuckled

The woman smiled and waved over a worker

"For someone like the girl you just described, you'll want something even more unique" she told him, the worker came and she spoke in French, the worker nodded and left before she turned to look at him

"What is your name?" She asked him

"Draco Malfoy" he told her, it made no harm to tell this muggle who he was

"And the name of the girl?" She asked him

Draco looked at the woman, he blamed it on Paranoia from the war, he gripped his wand that was in his pocket

"Hermione Granger" he told her, he saw a flash of recognition and her smile got bigger before she quickly masked her features

"Hermione? What a lovely name"

The worker came back before Draco could inquire more, they placed four jewelry trays and removed the cover

"Thiz are 'ur more excluzive jewelry" the worker said, their voice thick with their French accent

Draco saw a variety of rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces

"Do you know what your special lady likes?" She asked him

"Necklaces" Draco answered quickly, thinking back to one of their many late night talks, he had asked her what type of jewelry she preferred and she had told him necklaces

The worker pushed the tray that had many necklaces towards him

"Is she a flashy or subtle girl?" She asked

"Subtle, she doesn't like big items"

Draco saw an emerald and diamonds infinity necklace, it was subtle but still an eye catcher

"How much for this one?" Draco asked them

"fifty-six thousand two hundred euros" the worker told him

"I'll take it" Draco said, the worker raised an eyebrow but didn't protest, Draco pulled out a muggle credit card that Hermione had helped him make

"I do hope she likes it" the lady told him

He smiled as the worker wrapped the necklace

"I do too" he told her, still trying to figure out who this woman was and why she was so interested in Hermione, he paid his gift and turned to the woman

"It was a pleasure to make your acquaintances, but I must be off now" he said, she smiled and gave him a single nod

"The pleasure was all mine Mr. Malfoy, I do hope to see you once again, hopefully next time you'll be browsing our engagement rings" she winked before making her way to the back, Draco stayed still, he was talking with the owner of the store and never even noticed
