Zoe and Kyla used to be best friends

They grew up together
They did everything together.
Grade seven was how it ended
The whole entire class was obsessed with speed
It was crazy
Cards flying everywhere
Sliding through the air
One day
Zoe and Kyla played a match...
Zoe was the reigning champion of the class
So Kyla was intimidated
But she pressed through that fear
And the match started just like that
Zoe placed a card then Kyla then Zoe then Kyla again
Zoe realized that Kyla was good..
so she panicked...
Zoe looked Kyla in the face and saw how focussed she was.
Her only option was to...
cheat.
She bumped the table
All of Kyla's cards when flying off
Zoe took the advantage she had just created
And won the match.
Kyla was mad, very mad
She told Zoe how unfair it was
Zoe denied that anything happened
And blamed it on Holden
Kyla knew that he would never do that so she got even more mad
So she walked away
There friendship was already slipping away so this pushed it over the top for Kyla
And after that day they never had a nice conversation ever again.
