ᴛᴡᴇʟᴠᴇ

It's dark. Isabella appears in the shadows Riley beside her as she was dragging by the collar a barely conscious, athletic, young man,Tristan

Isabella effortlessly pulls Tristan's weight behind him as she traverses the long stretch of the underpass.

"S-Stop I!" Tristan pleads But he's dragged over a stone he cried out  in pain but Isabella ignored him, finally reaching his destination. She releases Tristan who drops hard to the ground.

Tristan's blinded by the darkness, dazed, terrified he starts to crawl away. He doesn't see a pair of boots step up behind him. He manages to get to his feet, about to run

Suddenly a hand wrenches him backward... it's Victoria. She forces him to his knees, his back to her. She shoots a smile at Riley and Isabella he returns it, backing away from the coming blood. She yanks Tristan's head to the side to expose his neck.

"Victoria: Welcome to the army" she greeted before her fangs dig into the junction of the boys neck a murderous scream escaping his lips

"Are you sure you want to help us fight? Especially if Isabella is going to be there" Edward asked the two cousins who were sat in the kitchen the atmosphere gloomy

"Yes, she may be my sister but it has to be done she has probably killed innocents of peoples lives especially children" Genesis replied a small sigh escaped her lips

"With the wolves in this, it's an easy win. The rest of us, aren't gonna have enough to do." He remarked

"If this is your way of making me leave my own mates to fend for themselves you are highly mistaken Edward Cullen!" Nan-Joon snarled his hands glowed black

"Fine..... Jasper did say you were a tough one to crack" Edward remarked cracking a small smile while the two cousins merely looked at the vampire with a weirded out look

"Now I know why Alice freaked out the first time you sneaked into her room" before the tawny vampire could say anything the two magical beings vanished before his eyes

"Bloody witches and warlocks"

"Will you be alright darling? If you need anything" Charlie trailed of, they were currently preparing for the battle potions and  spell books scattered around the living room

"I promise you uncle Charlie we will come back in one piece" Nan-Joon says as he conjured a backpack from thin air the chief of police watched with admiration

"You will be able to do that one day" Delilah reminded wrapping her arms around her husbands torso kissing his temple the married couple locked eyes remembering the time they spent together

"Come back for me.... if I loose you the children won't have a mother" Charlie pleaded his wife nodded before their lips met it was passionate yet long lasting both not wanting to let go of the other

"Dad... if I see Bella is there anything you'd like for me to tell her?" Genesis asked after her parents pulled away from their kiss

"Tell her.... that I am disappointed in the decision she has made but she is still my daughter, my flesh and blood and I wish I was a better father to her. Oh! Also that she is grounded for eternity" he couldn't help but jokes at the last part of his sentence lightening the mood slightly

Just then Jasper, Paul and Jacob entered the house watching the family say their goodbye's before the battle, It was decided that Charlie would go take the children to see their grandparents while Delilah insisted on staying to help with the war

All that was heard was the sound of the rain hitting the the glass windows harshly.... a storm was coming

In an embrace, a dark, discomfiting mirror image of the previous scene. They're on a secluded catwalk, away from the newborn army. "You're not coming with us?" Isabella asked the red headed woman who she remembered tried to kill her a year ago

"It will be a last minute decision. I told you how it works" Victoria reminded, Riley scowled at the brunette

"Right. The Cullens have powers" Riley muttered as Victoria pulls away, ever so slightly irritated by his tone.

"Don't underestimate them, Riley. You'll have the numbers, but they'll be able to... ... anticipate your every move" she reminded the male she sounded irritated yet the two newborns ignored it

"According to your friend" says Isabella as Victorian looks at her, not sure where she is  going with this as she circles Isabella.

"Yes. My dead friend. Laurent found out about the things they could do, and they killed him. But not before he told me" Victoria stated sarcastically

"Maybe he was wrong. I mean... This is supposed to be... Cullen territory. But we've been tearing it up and I've never even seen them here" Riley thought aloud as Fury flashes in Victoria's eyes. She's suddenly standing several feet away from him.

"You don't trust me?" She asked coldly "I'm doing this for us. So that we can feed, without their retaliation. I can't live in fear anymore, waiting for them to attack" Riley suddenly next to her, wrapping his arms around her while Isabella gagged

"I won't let them. I'm going to end the Cullen clan. I swear" he announced as Victoria looks at him, then kisses him, hard.

"I love you. So much" she say as Riley embraces her but over his shoulder, we see her eyes go flat, the emotion disappearing which Isabella noticed her eyes narrowed at the red heads sudden feelings
