Im finishing up ny shift at the coffee shop when my boss, Paul, comes in. "Hey harry, can you lock up tonight?" He asks. "Yeah, you headed off then?" I say, "yeah, see ya later, kid" he responds, "bye". Ive always liked paul, hes a real nice man.
I flip the sign on the shops door to say 'closed' though i dont lock the door so that louis will be able to come in. I grab a stool from behind the counter and bring it to a nice little spot in the shop. I get my guitar and stand and set it by the stool too. I start writing louis a note that ill leave on the door.
Its nearing 10 so i put the note on the door and sit on the stool to wait for louis.
