(Reader POV)

I feel like the world is closing in on me. Jeff and I just keep going downhill, and I'm not even sure if EJ knows what to do at this point. It's scary if I'm being honest. Not knowing if you'll be okay, or if you'll die.

I've been getting worse and worse. So has Jeff. He's been getting sick more often, and having hallucinations. I feel terrible, and if I could take his pain I would.

"(Y/N)" EJ's voice caught my attention. I hummed an answer. "We need to speak...", he says almost in a whisper, "...privately." EJ glances over to Jeff, who is sitting on the table trying to listen closely.

I looked over my shoulder at Jeff, and followed behind EJ out of the room. "I know Jeff isn't getting any better, and I've done almost all I can do for him." He looks around the hall, not wanted to make eye contact. "I understand...but what other option is there?" I asked. "Well, we could put him on a ventilator. It could get his breathing stable, but I doubt it would stay that way. Plus, he'd be immobilized for a pretty long period of time." EJ explained.

I looked down at my shoes. "Do you want to try it?" He asked. "I don't want to make him suffer any longer than he has to" I murmured. EJ looked over quickly to the room. I looked up through the glass to see Jeff standing at the door. "D-Did he hear all that?" I whispered. "I believe so" EJ replied with a sorrowful tone.

I don't want to blame Jeff, but it is his fault for overhearing. It was supposed to be a private conversation. I stayed silent as he walked back to the table he was once sitting on.

EJ gave me the notepad he was taking notes in and walked away. "Jeff..." I walked towards the table, closing the notepad. "You want me to die?" He asked, looking at the ground. "I would never want you to die. I just don't want you to suffer." I said. "This sounds selfish, but if the roles were reversed, I'd put you on a ventilator just to keep you around as long as possible." Jeff chuckled.

I sat beside him and put my arm around him. "How about we go on one last killing spree?" I suggest. He looked up at me with a small smile. "Thats a great idea" He said.

"Ready?" I asked. It was a struggle for him to get his strength up. "As always" He said grabbing his knife. "Great" I took his hand and we walked out of the mansion.

"You look so beautiful" He said, looking down at me. "Awh" I said, and reached up to kiss his scarred cheek.

(Jeff the Killer POV)

I don't have much time left. My lungs are starting to shut down. I can't breathe properly, but I want to make the last moments with (Y/N) the best ones.

We made it into town and found a house with a family of five living in it. A mother and father, with two brothers and a sister.

(Y/N) and broke a window to the parents bedroom and quickly covered their mouths. "Go. To. SLEEP!" I yelled and stabbed the mother in the chest.

"Sweet dreams.." (Y/N) whispered into the fathers ear as she sliced his throat. (Y/N) yawned as we exited the bedroom, and made our way towards what we thought were the children's rooms. Pictures of them were all over the walls, even little drawings they had made. I've never really had time for kids before I met (Y/N), but now that we're married I guess we could've but it's too late now. I wouldn't want my child to grow up without a dad.

"Jeff!" (Y/N) whispered and motioned to a door to my right as she put her hand on the doorknob to her left. I nodded and slowly opened the door.

There were the two brothers. It's like a bad deja vu almost. It reminds me so much of my brother and I when we were younger, without the younger sister of course.
