College Part 2 (Mully x Josh)

Josh and I continue to hang out, him easily merging into the friend group. It's nice to have someone to hang out with since Eddie was never around and Gaege and Grant always hang out together. Now I have Josh, and we're always together. Gaege and Grant are always teasing us, and at first and tried to deny it, but now I just save my breath. There's no use trying to deny it when they don't care. And to be honest, I kind of like the teasing, because I've kind of developed a crush on Josh, and the teasing makes it feel like it's not hopeless. Josh and I are walking to where we eat lunch. We sit down and soon Gaege and Grant show up. Then Eddie shows up. Surprisingly. Josh hasn't even met him yet.

"Hey dawg," Eddie says when he shows up. 

"Hey Eddie, this is Josh," I say. Josh gives a small wave.

"That your new boyfriend Mully?" Eddie asks.

"Seriously? Everyone has to ask that?" I roll my eyes. "No! Because when in the hell have I ever introduced you to my boyfriend?!"

"I don't know, maybe you think he's 'the one'," Eddie says. 

"Well then I sure as hell wouldn't bring him around you guys," everyone laughs. 

"Ok, well, it's nice to meet you Josh. I'm Eddie," Eddie says.

"Hi Eddie," Josh says. We eat and Eddie mooches off of us since he forgot to bring a lunch.

"What?!" Eddie says. "I usually go back to my dorm to eat. I'm not used to bringing one."

"How have you and Gabby been?" Grant asks.

"We're good," Eddie says. 

"Is that your way of being gentleman about that you finally got a lay?" I ask.

"F*ck you," Eddie says. 

"Not me, Gabby," I say. 

"I don't kiss and tell," Eddie says.

"Stop and being a gentleman and f*cking tell us," Josh pipes in.

"Ey, new guy can get his word across, alright," Eddie says. I nudge Josh and give him a thumbs up. Eddie starts talking about his sex life and I excuse myself to go to the bathroom. I signal Josh to come with me. 

"Your friends can get exhausting at time," Josh says.

"I know, but you haven't even heard us fight over something that we actually want. Most of it is playful, but it gets rough quickly," I say.

"I don't think I want to be there for that," Josh says.

"Next time that something like that is going on, just pipe in, anything you say I'm sure will help. One side or the other," I say.

"So I could have said 'Don't you mean you don't f*ck and tell?'" Josh asks.

"Totally," I say. Josh smiles at me and I love the way his eyes shine when he smiles. Sure, Grant also has blue eyes, but they're not as beautiful as Josh's. "Um, can we discuss our relationship please?"

"Uh, yeah sure, why?" Josh asks.

"Well, we're both gay. And I guess I should probably tell you that I really like you before our friendship overpowers the chance of getting into a relationship together," I say.

"Why do you like me? I'm quiet most of the time I'm around your friends. Don't get me wrong, I really like you back, but how do you like me?" Josh asks.

"Because when we're alone you make me laugh and you have these rapid firing comebacks that leave me laughing every time," I say. "And you are adorable. Your beautiful blue eyes and your stupid beanie."
