Tim Bradford POV:
Lucy was acting so happy this morning. Stinks that the case will spoil that today. We had just gotten a serial killer to accept a deal. She'll show us where the bodies of her victims are if we take the death penalty off the table. I have a bad feeling about it, but we have plenty of security. It will be fine.
They drove out to the mountains where she said she had buried the bodies.
Lucy Chen POV:
I saw a blur in the distance. I squinted and took a few steps forward. "Is anyone else here?"
"No, why?"
"I thought I saw something."
"It could be an animal, but it's worth a look. Chen heard something from the bushes, we're gonna go check it out."
"Okay, be careful."
We walked around looking through the bushes.
"Over here boot!" Tim shouted.
"What is it?"
"See that," he points to a branch, "blood. Its fresh. Someone's here."
Tim pulls out him radio and whispers, "we found blood here, it's fresh, going to look for people."
"Copy"
We looked around but we didn't find anything.
We went back and then they decided to go test the blood in case something happened.
