Heyyy. So this is a lil different from my usual style, but this chapter is just a collection of a lot of smaller fics and Simmosa moments. School is a pain so, the next chapter may be a while,  but I'll try to give updates as frequently as possible.

Different scenarios are separated by "————" and time jumps are "****"

Also, this is over 3000 words and I pride myself in that :)

Jonah couldn't help but lean back into the couch, amused as he watched his girlfriend frantically prepare herself for work. She threw on her blazer, shoving her phone in her bag and quickly checking her hair in the mirror.

Once satisfied she strode to the door, Jonah standing up and following behind her.

She finally took out a long breath, stepping through the door frame, reaching to shut the door behind her.

However she was stopped in her tracks as Jonah blocked her hand.

"Forgetting something?" He wore a cocky smirk, staring down at her in amusement.

One of Amy's eyebrows rose, slightly confused before she hesitantly stood on her toes reaching up and awkwardly pecking him on the lips. She quickly retreated back, blushing slightly, a small smile on her lips.

"As flattered as I am, I actually meant this"
Jonahs hand emerged from behind his back, revealing her car keys. A small chuckle came from his throat as the realisation hit Amy, who blushed even deeper.

She muttered a light thanks under her breath, snatching the keys from his fingers and turning quickly to leave.

Jonah just leaned against the door frame, grinning from ear to ear.

She truly was an awkward mess. Just like him.

--------

Amys grip was tight on his shoulders, not like she thought she would fall, but that letting go would lead to her making a fool of herself.

"So, when I step forward with my left, you take a  step back with your right..." Jonahs voice trailed slightly, emphasising the direction and lifting his feet accordingly.

Her tongue stuck out from the corner of her mouth, concentration in her eyes. She slowly followed suit.

When Amy had told Jonah she had never learnt to dance, she should've expected that Jonah would've have taken it as an opportunity.

So, thats how they ended up stumbling their way around the house, to whatever song the radio had played. Numerous times had Amy tripped over her own feet, followed by a fit of laughter between them. But now, after all of the effort they had gone through, they were determined to at least make some headway with it.

"Now step to the right, your right I mean" She followed his words closely. It wasn't exactly the most complex dance, but Amy had no experience whatsoever, so it didn't really matter.

"Now you step forward with your left and I'll step back, and.... We repeat this in a square type motion. See? Simple." He looked down at Amy, whose eyes instead were fixated on her feet.

Jonah leaned over, passed Amy, grabbing the stereos remote and turning up the music. Then, he counted Amy in, proceeding to step forward slowly, but remaining on time with the music.
"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8" Jonah mumbled, continuing the moves at a reasonable pace.

Though she occasionally lost rhythm, Amy maintained her pattern well.

Jonah couldn't help but stare, fascinated by her commitment to the dance.
