Type: Emitter/Transformation

Description: The user is able to do a wide variety of things involving water. They can change the state of any form of water of another state; such as freezing a glass of water, turning ice to mist, condensing mist/water vapor into regular water, etc. They also have a water body ability similar to Juvia from Fairy Tail, as well as the ability to move/control water, and can even breathe underwater.

Drawbacks: This quirk only works with pure water. It doesn't need to be fresh or filtered water but there's no blood bending, moving plants by controlling the water inside them, etc. with her quirk. This biggest drawback of the quirk, however, is that the user must drink much more than the amount normal people need to. Every time the user loses water, whether it be by sweating, cry, using their quirk, or anything else, they have to replenish whatever was lost. If the user loses too much water without replacing it quickly enough, they will die from dehydration. There's no clever trick to working around this major drawback. So no, temporarily reverting to a child's body so that they require less water. On the subject of age, as they age and grow, the amount of water they need to maintain in their body increases. Generally, the amount of water they need to maintain increases by 5 gallons for every year they are alive and stops increasing around 18 years old for women and 21 for men.

Subfeatures: Unless they are focusing on maintaining a solid body, their body appears solid but is made of water. For example, if they're focusing on the lesson in class and someone throws something at them, it would just go through them because they have a waterbody. If they wanted to pick something up, however, they'd focus on solidifying and be able to pick up whatever they need to.
