The Flash, Sparks

Ch. 4 "Talk"

                                       Juniper POV 

I am sitting on one of the beds in the lab, 

Cisco and Caitlyn walked towards me while Barry stood in the doorway with his arms crossed, 

"So I'm going to attach these too you, so we can get your heart rate and vitals," Caitlyn said 

I nodded, 

I was nervous, very nervous not because of Caitlyn Cisco or Barry but because of Wells, Hartely told me not to trust him, 

Just as Caitlyn attached a wire sparks ran through the wire into the machine causing it to spark all of the place, 

All the lights started flickering, 

Not long, Pop! Pop! each light burst causing Cisco to scream like a girl, 

the entire room was now dark, 

"Well it looks like were going to have to develop so equipment that can withstand your electricity miss Anderson," Dr Wells said wheeling out of the room 

"Yeah can't have you circuiting the system, Oh that's your nickname end of discussion Circuit!" Cisco said 

I looked at Barry confused, 

"Don't ask," Barry said 

"In the mean time I'm going to find some light bulbs," Caitlyn said she walked out leaving just me and Barry, 

"Hey so uh, you hungry?" He asked 

I smiled at him and nodded 

He went to touch my hand but I pulled back, 

"Oh right sorry, come on I know the perfect place," He said 

After a very long walk since Fl- I mean Barry could touch me, at least not right now, we arrived at this place called jitters, 

We walked in sitting at a table near the window, 

As we sat down this very pretty lady walked up to us, 

"Hey Barry what can I get you, Oh and who is this?" She smiled at me, 

The Name tag said Iris, 

"Juniper this is Iris, Iris Juniper," He said smiling 

"Hi," I said bending my fingers shyly, 

"Nice to meet you," She said smiling at me, 

"Get me the usual and two muffins," Barry said 

"Coming right up," She said 

Barry smiled at her, 

"So tell me Juniper, how did this happen, when did you find out about your power," Barry asked 

"Well I found out about it when we shook hands, I didn't even know, you know," I said 

His eyes widen for a second,

"So they emerged when we touched," He said 

I nodded, 

"Here you go and a hot chocolate on the house," She said 

"Thank you," I said smiling 

I know one thing, I can Trust Barry I thought as I took a bite of the muffin,
