Juniper POV
It has been a few weeks since my meltdown. And life with Barry and Joe seems so normal yet exciting.
They treat me like they've known me my entire life which is refreshing given the circumstances.
Barry has been working with me on how to control my abilities. While Joe has been keeping me on a low all natural sugar diet.
Cisco and Caitlin have been slowly figuring out all that I can do with my abilities.
Dr.Wells.... Well I've been doing as Hartley said. Not trusting him. Steering clear. Avoiding him.
Things for once are finally good.
Right now me and Barry were walking through the park on our way to star labs.
I begged to go this way until Barry finally gave in.
You see the leaves are just starting to change colors due to fall and I wanted to see them.
"It is pretty." Barry said
I smile up at him as he had my small hand in his grasp. Not tightly.
"Yeah that's why I wanted to come this way isn't it cool." I said looking at all the trees
"Yeah pretty cool. Guess that means we better start getting you some warmer clothes." He said looking down at me since I'm in shorts a tee shirt and a light sweater
"I'm fine" I said looking up at him
"You say that now, until you get sick and start sparking like a cut electrical wire." He said
I giggled
"You worry too much." I said
"I-" he began until his phone rang
"Hello " he said
"Alright we're not far we'll be there soon" Barry said hanging up
Barry picked me up
"Looks like the scenic route is over."he said
And that quickly we were in star labs.
Barry sets me down.
"Whats wrong?" Barry said
"We got a problem." Wells said
Cisco was looking down guilty
I wonder what's wrong I thought tilting my head
