having love for yourself is so important babes🥺

you can't expect others to love you if you don't love yourself.

how you treat yourself is how others will treat you.

this is not easy luv im in the process and still learning just like you🦋

~ repeat positive affirmations to yourself every day😌

~ pray pray pray (or meditate)

~when you get ungrounded write down your thoughts or feelings in a journal or in your notes

~ do things that make you feel happy like for me I listen to music, clean, or eat food😋

~clean your environment

~start becoming best friends with your inner and outer self🕊

~make a whole day just for you often

~get enough sleep💤 I swear when I don't get enough sleep I become grumpy grumpy or a crybaby 

~drink tea🍵

~practice self care🥰

~have candles or a diffuser. having your environment smell nice makes your whole mood so much better.☺️

~ read inspirational books and or watch inspirational youtubers 

~treat yourself😘. like buy yourself flowers, take yourself out on a date, buy food, get nails hair done yktvs

~write yourself a love letter or love paragraph. this one has helped me so so much cause I swear I use to always be so codependent on other people for that reassurance and validation until i started working on giving that to myself💓

~surround yourself around positive people✨.

~form boundaries with yourself and RESPECT them. If you don't follow your own boundaries girl what makes you think someone else will girl bye.



self love isn't something you just get overnight no it's a long process. A process that takes consistency and commitment to wanting that self love. I believe that it is something you will achieve💕
