I'm thinking of a conlang that has both vowel harmony AND consonant harmony, or maybe just consonant-vowel harmony.

Maybe I could base the decision on popularity. You could give me some ideas for the consonant and/or vowel harmony system, and I could decide the phonology and phonotactic constraints based on it.

Update: I looked into the phonological inventories of my local endangered language, Valley Yokuts, and the ones with their own articles that list their consonant and vowel inventories are rich in glottalized consonants. And to pay tribute to Marie Wilcox(born 1933), the last remaining native speaker of the Wukchumni dialect, I decided to mix the phonology of that dialect with that of Kesh from Always Coming Home.
