This idea is supposed to be something with prenasalized and pharyngealized consonants, similar to Irish's "obsession" with velarized and palatalized sounds. The best examples that I could find of prenasalized consonants on YouTube include several West African languages and Proto-Thirēan, which appears in the showcase videos for Nekāchti and Edun.
Pharyngealized consonants are found in Arabic and its predecessor languages of Proto-Sinaitic and Phoenecian.
